The home was very well maintained and managed. There was an unexpected welcome gift that was very thoughtful and generous. We will definitely be back if invited. I would have given the property six stars if that was a choice.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. You can't beat being right on the ocean. We have stayed in one of the other units here and I can assure you that you will not hear your neighbors while you are inside (at least we haven't). The decor is a little dark but how much time do your really spend inside? Beds and furniture are comfortable. The only problem is the jets in the master tub did not work which didn't impact us but you might care.

Great location right on the beach. The KlausHouse 3 is very clean and beds are comfortable. Me, my wife and two boys had a great time. I would stay at a Real Joy property again. They were very responsive, the house had everything we needed and check in/out process was easy.

The property was perfect! Perfect easy beach access! The unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. A/C worked great! The new deck out back was fabulous! We loved the grill and the outdoor table was big enough to seat our family. Property management was super to work with and took care of any needs we had. My kids had the best time! We loved meeting the neighbors and their dog. Without a doubt, we will be back and are already looking into booking for 2022! Thanks for such a great stay and amazing memories made!

We loved everything, especially the location. I read other reviews about the deck being bad and was pleased they had replaced it before our stay. My only requests would be to fix the upstairs doors so they shut easier and supply more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for an entire week for a family.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by there not being more available supplies. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish detergent. This property looks just as pictured. It was clean and had the everything we needed for the week. The beds are comfortable too. It was super close to a few restaurants and Winn Dixie is a few blocks down the way. There are balconies off of both bedrooms and the sunset is AMAZING! The only thing that was a bummer is the deck is very uneven and prickly. I couldn't let my one-year-old grandson play out there. There is actually a sign on the patio that reads you must wear shoes on the deck. It's also attached to your neighbors on both sides so there is no privacy at all. Both our neighbors were quiet and nice so it wasn't a big deal. But other than that, it was a great little place.

Loved this Townhome. Right on the beach with modern upgrades. If you are a smoker , this is NOT the place for as you will have to walk to the beach or across the street. We had a few maintenance issues that were fixed right away . Wonderful patio looking at the Gulf. Wonderful sunsets every evening. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent. Our only complaints were very minor - the 2nd bedroom headboard squeaks when it moves, but this was easily fixed with a pillow behind it, and the deck could use an umbrella to protect from the sun. But overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely consider staying here or in another of your properties again.

Just a few minutes away from Pier Park and the chaos of tourism, making this a perfect little get away so you aren't surrounded by the crowded beaches and basically have your own little private beach (although it is still public access). There were a few minor issues, things out of the control of the property manager, and all were taken care of and communicated with smoothly. Even had the honor of meeting the owner who helped me out with the grill! Thanks for having us again.

My family and I absolutely loved it there! It was just steps away from the water and everything you need is there and there’s stores nearby if you need something. Only thing I would say is the fold out sofa was not very comfortable but we only used it once. Will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!

This was our first family beach vacation and we were very pleased with our stay. Beautiful view and just steps from the beach! There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed and some supply restocking that wasn’t done upon arrival, but nothing would keep us from returning again in the future. We have stayed in many different places at Panama City Beach. This townhouse has probably been our favorite vacation rental. It is located just outside all of the congested areas at Panama City Beach, yet still very close to anything we needed. We were able to park right outside of our door and step right off the deck onto the beach. There were no elevators to wait on, no parking across the street in a parking garage, and no long treks to the beach. We brought our teenage daughter and two of her friends on this trip. They enjoyed the beach and being able to walk to nearby shops. In addition, the owner and the property managers were very friendly and helpful.

We had a great time! Took our four teenagers and the size/location was perfect. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee on the beach and loved that I didn't have to cross a street or pack up and drive to the beach. The unit is lovely looking. The stretch of beach was quiet...which we loved and the colors of the water are breathtaking. The kids loved the stores in walking distance. (groceries, souvenirs, ice cream) Would recommend to anyone who needs a getaway. Our time there was healing. Very thankful for our time there.

The location was perfect! Drive a few minutes away and you are in the center of the tourist attractions! Far enough away to not have to deal with the large crowds on the beach. Was peaceful and quiet most of the time. Grocery store is a minute drive away and the house had everything you need for cooking! The view from both the patios (out the master bedroom upstairs and the living room) had great views of the beach/ocean and only steps away from the beach off the back patio. The upstairs bath had a wonderful multi-jet tub, great to soak in after a long day. Jill was an amazing host and was easily available to answer any questions. Truly was perfect, the pictures don't do this home justic. I will be back!!
