My family had a great experience staying at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host had put a lot of thought into making the place feel like a true home-away-from-home. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of convenient parking. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans etc., the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor pool area was relaxing.The location was ideal—right across the street from a nice public beach access. Great Location
The house is located almost directly across from the public beach access which is very accommodating for all types of travelers. The pool is shaded for most of the day and adequate for after a day at the beach or a getaway from the heat. The largest kitchen we have ever rented with double ovens for anyone wishing to do a large dinner at home. It was also nice that bedrooms were located on both floors and quiet for anyone that has a little one on the trip. Overall the accommodations were great. The only drawbacks were that the furniture was dated and has seen better days, the floors and counters were dirty upon arrival, only one trash dumpster for a house that accommodates up to 16 guests and we saw more bugs than we were accustomed to - even in Florida. We took care of it and we’re just fine.A bit of a refresh and this place would be perfect.- Reviewed On: 8/7/2025

We had a great stay! It is set up great for multiple families. We took our sons and their families, and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, but yet be together. The house is close enough to walk or bike to Seaside and the bikes looked great. We didn’t ride because we had small kids. The kids loved the pool. Perfect location to public beach access. The house was very nice and the pool was the perfect size for the children to swim and play. Incredible experience!
Our stay at Kiwi Grove was absolutely perfect. Very comfortably accommodated our 12 girls, amazing location right across from beach access, clean and beautifully updated inside, and the hospitality and customer service of the management was wonderful. I called several times with different questions during our stay and they answered every time with such kindness and professionalism, wanting to make sure we had the absolute best stay possible! We enjoyed our stay and the house was great for our family! The house was clean and looked better than the pictures. Our kids loved the bunk room but adults would have comfortably slept in the bunks too. The beach access was across the street. Beach was pretty crowded at access point due to a public parking lot. We learned to get up early to get a spot on the beach. We loved being close to seaside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. We had a very nice girls trip with 12 women in our family. The house was exactly as the photos depicted except that the kitchen is on the 2nd floor with no elevator or dumbwaiter to help out. It is nice that it is on the 2nd floor because it takes advantage of the ocean views but still daunting to get supplies for 12 people to the 2nd floor with no men to help!! The location was perfect but getting in and out on 30A can be a little tricky so be careful. We were able to park 6 cars with just a little thought to get everyone in and out easily. We loved having a pool but also being a 5 min walk to the beach. There are some glaring design flaws with the house - like the only way to the pool is either through the 2 back bedrooms or out the front door and around the side of the house. There should be steps on the side of the front porch for easier access to the pool, there should be a drink fridge & ice maker downstairs so you don’t have to go upstairs from the pool to get water.- Reviewed On: 5/5/2024

The house is very roomy! Perfect for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked except only 1 dish towel and dish cloth. The pool was dirty when we arrived, but someone did come 2 days in. Bed were super comfortable. Needs rugs in the bedrooms though- Reviewed On: 6/18/2022
