Whether you’re preparing your own gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen, relaxing by the pool while the kids play, or stopping by the nearby beaches, shops, and golf courses, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! This comfortable 4-bedroom 3.5-bath home sleeps 12. There is a first floor master with a king, two additional king bedrooms upstairs, a guest bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed and a twin bed, and a sleeper sofa in the loft area and the living room. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer on both floors. Relax on your private balcony with your favorite beverage. Enjoy your next vacation getaway at Just for Fun!

Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches of Destin. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day) they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon style zero entry pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind.

Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are three parking spaces available in the driveway of the home. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.

Area Attractions:

There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, boating, fishing, and watersports.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

House was exactly like the photos. Very spacious, clean, and felt like home. Private villa that was quiet. Pool was a perfect touch for our children. Downfall was poor communication at check-in time. Had placed a call to check in early, they had explained they were fixing a broken bed and as soon as that was done they would call us. Unfortunately that call never came. When entering the villa you have to enter a code for the gate to open which is great, however every time we used it we were shocked. Not a great feeling. That being the only two things, if we ever plan a trip back to Destin, I would book here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for a girls' weekend! The home was exactly what we were looking for. It smelled fresh and clean as soon as we walked in, which made a great first impression. The host was incredibly proactive and provided detailed instructions about the house, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and felt very safe. We especially loved the resort-style pool—it was the perfect place to relax—and the location was fantastic. It was close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning walks and spend time by the water. One thing to keep in mind is that the home only comes with starter supplies of paper products. We expected to purchase additional supplies during our stay, but because the house accommodates a larger group, we'd recommend the host consider providing one extra roll/package of each item to help guests get settled before making a store run. Overall, a great experience!

What a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas. My family and I have absolutely enjoyed our stay. Kandace was a wonderful host! Honestly, the place of stay was beautiful and better than what we had expected it to be. Everything was great, we had no major issues. I would recommend and stay again. The Realjoy team I touched bases with were very attentive and prompt to any requests. The house was very accommodating. It is close to all major stored, for any of your needs. We had a ball, beach and pool did not disappoint us both in walking distance.

This is the perfect rental for a large group. RealJoy has multiple properties within a short walk of each other so accommodating our family of 20 was a breeze! The "Just for Fun" property is beautifully decorated and well equipped with EVERYTHING you need for a beach vacation. 100/10 woul recommend!

It was a really nice place to stay, the only 3 things that could have been better is that the fan that was on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms felt like it was about to fall. The AC was locked and we could not sleep because the set up was on a minimum of 70 degrees. There was not enough toilet paper.

We had a great stay in the house! Walkable distance to the beach access, we didn’t have to use the trolley. The pool was right across from the house. We had a small issue with TVs not working but they came out and fixed them same day. We had 8 people and the house still felt roomy.

The house was amazing. There was only one big issue and that both washing machines had mold growing inside of them. No so big issue was the shower door in the downstairs bathroom would not shut correctly like the door was crooked. In the first bedroom upstairs the bed would not stay on the box spring and pushed on the wall outlets cause a loose connection. The house was great and would stay in it if it had more parking a house for 12 people and only 3 cars and no way to get closer parking would be the only off putting thing about this property. Thank you for letting us stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we noticed was the washer downstairs had a horrible odor. We tried to run a few cycles to clean it without success. We simply used the upstairs unit. Everything else was great.

Beautiful house and community. The walk was a bit more than I expected. Not really that bad but the grandkids (mostly the 5 year old) really didn’t like the return walk especially after getting worn out at the beach. Inside of the house was very nice and clean. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with in a timely manner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The extras at the house…wagon, beach chairs and boards were a really nice touch.

All the children wished they could live there forever! This house was so spacious and perfect setup for multi family use. Pool was right around the corner and the shuttle bus to the beach was never had us waiting for a ride! We will definitely be booking another house instead of a condo in the future!

Beautiful home, wonderful service from the management. We had 5 adults and 3 children and a fantastic time!! Easy walk to the beach and the home had a utility wagon, chairs and some other toys in a bin outside. We left a few of our own toys we bought for the next family!!

Our family included 3 adult children between 20 and 25 and 3 children ages 5-10. Location was super convenient to food stores and most importantly the beach!! There was a wagon and beach chairs for use and we left our floaties and sand toys for the next family. Communication was great and we received a touch base call on the second day. We were sad to go home but had such a fun time!!!!
