Welcome to your perfect family getaway, Just for Fun, in the Villages of Crystal Beach! Whether you’re preparing your own gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen, relaxing by the pool while the kids play, or stopping by the nearby beaches, shops, and golf courses, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! This comfortable 4-bedroom 3.5-bath home sleeps 12. There is a first floor master with a king, two additional king bedrooms upstairs, a guest bedroom with two queens, and a sleeper sofa in the loft area and the living room. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer on both floors. Relax on your private balcony with your favorite beverage. Enjoy your next vacation getaway at Just for Fun!

Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches of Destin. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day) they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon style zero entry pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind.

Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are three parking spaces available in the driveway of the home. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.

Area Attractions:

There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, boating, fishing, and watersports.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Everything was great, we had no major issues. I would recommend and stay again. The Realjoy team I touched bases with were very attentive and prompt to any requests. The house was very accommodating. This is the perfect rental for a large group. RealJoy has multiple properties within a short walk of each other so accommodating our family of 20 was a breeze! It was a really nice place to stay, the only 3 things that could have been better is that the fan that was on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms felt like it was about to fall. The AC was locked and we could not sleep because the set up was on a minimum of 70 degrees. There was not enough toilet paper.

We had a great stay in the house! Walkable distance to the beach access, we didn’t have to use the trolley. The pool was right across from the house. We had a small issue with TVs not working but they came out and fixed them same day. We had 8 people and the house still felt roomy.

Beautiful house and community. The walk was a bit more than I expected. Not really that bad but the grandkids (mostly the 5 year old) really didn’t like the return walk especially after getting worn out at the beach. Inside of the house was very nice and clean. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with in a timely manner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The extras at the house…wagon, beach chairs and boards were a really nice touch.

PERFECT!

All the children wished they could live there forever! This house was so spacious and perfect setup for multi family use. Pool was right around the corner and the shuttle bus to the beach was never had us waiting for a ride! We will definitely be booking another house instead of a condo in the future!

Beautiful home, wonderful service from the management. We had 5 adults and 3 children and a fantastic time!! Easy walk to the beach and the home had a utility wagon, chairs and some other toys in a bin outside. We left a few of our own toys we bought for the next family!!

Family Fun!!

Our family included 3 adult children between 20 and 25 and 3 children ages 5-10. Location was super convenient to food stores and most importantly the beach!! There was a wagon and beach chairs for use and we left our floaties and sand toys for the next family. Communication was great and we received a touch base call on the second day. We were sad to go home but had such a fun time!!!!

The neighborhood was convenient to everything and having a ride to and from the beach each day was so helpful. The pool area was nice, but the water was so hot you couldn’t enjoy it. I’ve experienced the same at other properties in Destin. The only issue we had was the oven wasn’t working properly but that didn’t interfere with our vacation much. I made the rental company aware and they will be getting it fixed. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend Frangista. They were very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know during our stay.
