The grandparents stayed in this unit and the other 8 of us stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. Beautiful view, by the pool. It’s closer to the beach than it looks in photos. One of the best features was the ice maker! Very convenient to fill coolers for the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay! I didn’t realize the unit was on the 1st floor - that ended up being an incredible location! Super convenient! The only downside to that is you don't get the expansive beach view from being high up. But it was worth the convenience of location! Layout was perfect. We fully used the kitchen and all areas of unit and property. Highly recommend and will return in the future!

This condo was great! Very well equipped plus 2 ice machines, an air fryer, and outlets that had USB ports! Decor was gorgeous and beds were very comfortable. The master bath is exquisite and walk-in shower had two rain heads and a sitting area. Great view of the ocean and pool! Will definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect! Loved being just above pool and on lower level. Condo had all I needed in kitchen to cook a few meals. Loved how organized the kitchen is. It even has pictures , so you remember where to put dishes back in the same cabinet. Check in was super easy via text! Management co was nice and easy to communicate with! I’ve stayed at Jade East before and have always enjoyed my time there. Pool is nice as well! I’ll be back!

Such easy access to the beach and pool. Even though the unit is close to the pool, the pool closes at 10pm and opens at 10am, so you can still have peaceful morning and evenings. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is perfect. We have rented a lot of places over the years, but this place thought of it all. Loved the location, view is not jeopardized by being 1st floor. The appliances are fun, beer fridge, wine fridge and 2 ice makers. Beach chairs in unit. Just an overall great experience.

This was an Amazing rental experience! The condo was everything that was advertised and more. It was immaculate and very stylishly furnished. The communication before and during our stay was prompt and informative. They took great care and detail with providing instructions and booklets on everything a guest would need to know about the condo including how to operate the various switches and appliances. The bathrooms were beautifully decorated and equipped with benches and grab bars for those needing assistance. This was an absolutely awesome stay. I cannot wait to come back with the rest of my family.

The Beach Chair (BAREFOOT Beach Rental) set up was the best and worth the money for the week, JUST DO IT. location was close proximity to any and everything. Would stay here again. Beautiful property and staff is super attentive to the care of the property and the safety of the patrons. We saw people cleaning the pool and property each morning, disinfecting luggage carts, etc. Security in the evening very friendly while checking wristbands at the pool and making themselves seen. Having two children who liked to go back and forth to the room, beach and pool this was definitely a nice peace of mind.

This condo was perfect for our family including my partially disabled mom. She could get down to the beach easier than most rental options I looked at. The balcony was a perfect spot to view the beach/water and be entertained by those at the pool. It was near the pool but not so close that you’d be disturbed by noise. Pretty remodel upgrades! Loved the ice machine ice! We had a terrible shower clog issue (due to previous guests, not us!) and it was taken care of pretty quickly. We would stay here again!

The property is in a great location. It is close to the pool as well as the beach. The living room furniture is very comfortable, although the recliners did not open. I guess this is to cut down on the wear and tear but it would have been nice to actually recline.

We booked this condo kind of last minute so when we realized it was the first floor we got a bit disappointed thinking the view would be bad because we’ve stayed at Jade east many times but always on upper floors. However, we were pleasantly surprised that it was actually still a really great view and was so close to the beach and pool that we could easily keep an eye on our kiddos and other family members. This was probably our favorite condo we have stayed at thus far at Jade East! It has an ice maker and a drink fridge that was really handy! The only negative I can think of was that maybe the bunk bed in the guest bedroom was a little shaky and needs some bolts/screws tightened but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 130!

The condo was amazing! It was clean & comfortable. The view of the ocean is incredible. The condo is easy access & easy access to the beach, pool & hot tub. The owner is fantastic to deal with. The kitchen had extra supplies that are not normally provided in a condo rental. I will give the condo & owner a 10+. I would definitely stay there again & refer friends to stay in this condo.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The location is perfect-close to everything in the heart of Destin. The condominium complex is very nice. Great pool and the guys running the beach service for umbrellas and kayaks, etc are phenomenal. The listing was as described and Nancy is very responsive to any issues that might come up. The condo was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room, comfortable beds and seating and the kitchen had what we needed. The balcony was a little smaller that I expected. We hoped that we would be able to go right to the beach from the balcony or condo, but we just had to take the elevator down 1 floor instead. It was still pretty convenient. The ocean view with the palm trees is very pretty. I had to work a little and the desk in the master bedroom was a very nice space too. We loved it!

Great condo, great location close to everything. Very convenient to be on the first floor. Front bedroom can be a little be noise, we had some drunk young kids jumping on the pool and making a lot of noise at 2:00am on the first night and we could hear the treadmill every morning at 7:00am. Since the gym was on the bottom floor. We kind of got used to the noise after the second day. Nancy was really nice and made our stay super smooth and easy. Would definitely stay there again!! The owner was very nice

This condo was perfect for me and my husband and our two kids, ages 6 and 8. It was nice having a separate bedroom and bathroom area for the kids for a whole week. Everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The in-unit laundry was super handy too. It was great being on the first floor and not needing to use the elevator. Our gulf view was not compromised at all being on the first floor which I was a little concerned about when I booked. Not only was the gulf view great, but we could see the pool well too from our balcony. Booking was easy and Nancy was very pleasant to correspond with as well. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would book again!

I so appreciate your comments and I am delighted you had a great time. I am most disappointed that you left me with a 5 week old dishwasher that was damaged and could not be repaired. It had to be replaced at the cost of $1200 and then you denied the insurance claim. Very difficult to offer a beautiful home when you won't let insurance make it right. Disappointed.

Destin and Jade East was a great family friendly property. The property owner had good communication and the property was neat and clean. The white sand beach and teal gulf are gorgeous here. This was our first time, but I talked to many who come back year after year and it's easy to see why. The pool and hot tub were heated and upkept every day. This is a overall wonderful family vacation spot. The only downside is that is directly off of Hwy 98 which is very busy so if you are looking to do a lot of walking or biking or even driving to various locations especially with children you should be cautious of the Hwy and the amount of time it may take you to get places around Destin. I believe that would be true for any resort, condo, hotel you stayed in this area not specific to this resort. If you are planning to stay on the beach or pool area for the most part it wouldn't deter me from coming to beautiful Destin and certainly this property again.

Family of 7 spent 7 wonderful nights at Nancy's condo. Nancy was very easy to work with and very quick to respond to my emails. The condo was clean and well decorated. Beautiful balcony views! Definately one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. It was comparable to some of the beaches in Jamaica. Great location and the staff working at Jade east were super friendly and accommodating. The heated pool and hot tub were a plus as our weather was a bit chilly. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at Jade East and hope to return in the future! The condo was recently renovated and the kitchen is just beautiful. Loved the views from the patio and master bedroom! Easy access to the beach and just a quick elevator down to the pool (which is heated). We loved that the owners installed upgrades such as an ice maker and wine/beverage fridge! Wonderful restaurants within 5 minutes, Target and Winn-Dixie just a mile away and Dunkin is just at the end of the entrance to the property. Nancy was so responsive and wanted to ensure our stay was perfect:) Look forward to visiting Destin again!

We were in unit 130 at Jade East. We arrived on Saturday and departed the following Friday. We had one and 1/2 days of beautiful beach weather but then hurricane Sally took over. The surf on Sunday became quite rough and somewhat dangerous. And then the rains came. We had about 14 inches. Thursday afternoon and evening was wonderful at the beach as well as Friday morning. We felt completely safe in the condo. it was quite a show of Gods power in nature. We love staying in Destin but probably will not return during peak hurricane season. This one didn’t even exist until Saturday morning around the Florida Keys. Great restaurants here. Our owner was very attentive and concerned for our well-being and I would definitely rent from her again. We enjoyed our stay in spite of Sally.
