It's a Shore Bet

Our family had an amazing vacation at Jileann's place! It was very well equipped for our family of 4 and dog. We appreciated the thought that Jileann put into making the home pet friendly; so nice to have dog toys, bowls, a fenced in backyard and dog friendly flooring in the full home. We also loved having comfy beach chairs available for use. The location was absolutely perfect for us. We enjoyed the neighborhood feel and being a very short walk to the beach! We ended up adding an extra day to our stay and would love to stay again!

This place was great for our long weekend girls trip with a dog. Very clean and organized place, kitchen has everything we needed, garage had accessories for a beach day which was a less than 5 minute walk to beach access. We started each morning with a short drive to the Salty Bottle and brew for the best coffee and bagels and then had dinners in PCB. Hit up Rosemary Beach on Sunday for the farmers market and Seaside for more shopping. The pier park shopping in PCB was a good way to spend free time and most places were so dog friendly! The dog beach access was only at pier park so we did drive for a lot of beach days that we had the pup. Private fenced in yard for the dogs and toys, water bowls, accessories for the pup too!

We had a wonderful stay in PCB! The house was very comfortable and felt like home. The host was kind enough to let us check in early since we drove from SC and forgot about the time difference. The neighborhood was quiet, and we loved the beautiful weather and beach views. We’ll definitely be back next summer!

The space was great! I was a bit confused since the property is a duplex and unless I missed it on the description, it wasn’t mentioned but that wasn’t a problem. They have wagons, chairs and most things you’ll need for a beach trip. LOVED the backyard for my dog and really appreciated the outdoor shower! Only a 10 min drive to the dog beach which was nice!

This exceeded our expectations! The home was clean and well maintained. There was everything one would need to go to the beach. And the beach is only a short walk! Instructions were easy and readily available if needed! And the fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. There were crates and a basket of items for the dog too! Loved our stay here! My husband is in a wheelchair and it was very accessible. I loved having the garage area for our golf cart/beach wheelchair ect. The fenced in yard was beautiful and great for our dogs. I hope to stay here again on our next visit.

My family and I stayed here and it was absolutely perfect for the amount of guests we had-3 adults and a 3 year old. The location was great and felt safe and family oriented. We did not take a dog however the house was very accommodating for dogs. The beach items that were available to use were great. We used them everyday. It was clean and well decorated. The back porch/patio were nice and great for grilling and sitting around the fire. The house had a book that gave suggestions for places to eat and we ate at Poblano Joes which had great drinks and good grouper sandwiches. The neighborhood was quiet for being so close to the beach and we were still close enough to things to do! I would recommend this to anyone and I’m very happy we chose to stay here. I would be happy to return someday!

“It’s a Shore Bet” is a very nice little place to stay. It is a recently remodeled Duplex that is very conveniently located literally a three minute walk from the beach. Everything in “It’s A Shore Bet” is brand new, from the furniture to the fixtures, all the appliances are new. The host were nice and quick to respond. We appreciated the nice little touches such as the beach wagon and the chairs and tent they provide, as well as the dog kennels and watering/food bowls for our dog. The fenced in back yard gives you a nice place to unwind on the patio. “It’s a shore bet “ is very nice place to stay.

I ended up having to book a last minute stay, and Jilenna and her team were incredibly flexible and responsive from the start. The home and property was exactly as depicted, easy to find, perfectly clean and had great amenities (the beach chairs and canopy were perfect!). The location couldn't have been better and was just a quick walk to the beach. They also had extra bowls, couch covers, and crate for dogs too which was a lovely touch. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, and all checkout instructions were clear. Will definitely try to book this stay the next time I'm in town!
