A nice place to stay! It's a nice, well furnished condo. There isn't anything unusual, just a nice room. There were a few things that clearly needed repair (one of the bedroom closet doors didn't close, and the shower didn't drain well) but they didn't get in the way of our trip or enjoying the room.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is really nice and roomy. Everything you may need is there and is organized very well. The only thing that we did not like was the water at this section of beach happened to be very dark and had lots of debris and seaweed. Just happened it was this way when we were there but it started to clear up the day before we left. Great trip for us, otherwise.

Everything was excellent. Clean , well supplied. Conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Cassandra recommended Brotulas best seafood ever !! Right on the water !! Check in was so easy and the hosts were the most polite and helpful and called just to make sure our stay was excellent!! I’ll be back to this place again and again. ❤️

Crashing waves with both sunrise and sunset views!!Spacious. Well equipped.
Ample parking, nice pool and beach space. Possible improvements would be a hot tub and expanded hours for the exercise room and equipment check out (only open 9-5).

This was our 2nd experience with RealJoy. So impressed with their customer service! We called them about a broken blind in the Master bedroom when we checked in and they were out quickly to repair. RealJoy responds to emails promptly and the check in/out process was seamless. Beautiful, clean property. Absolutely loved Unit 6012. In the mornings we watched dolphins from the balcony. Saturday while enjoying our beachside view from the balcony we watched two beautiful wedding ceremonies.
Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Bathrooms were clean and had clean towels. Beds were comfortable.
Our group enjoyed the beach as well as the pool.
Loved waking up in the mornings, having coffee on the balcony then going for a morning walk down the beach.
Hoping to book this unit again in the near future.

AWESOME CONDO!! From the moment we walked in, we were amazed! The VIEWS!!!! Right on the beach!! The condo itself was beautifully furnished and spotless! Just an FYI, the chairs and umbrellas that are put out every morning on the beach are not included in the condo so if you want one, you will need to go down and reserve/pay by the hour or the day. Lots of restaurants nearby and just a 15-minute drive to Destin for more action. This location is super chill so don't expect loud parties or an active nightlife. We will definitely be back!!

Great views and updated property. Property management company was easy to contact and ask questions. The elevator was out most of one day and was out the next morning when we went to check out on Saturday. They were helpful in letting me know someone would be called to repair and that under the circumstances, we would not be charged a late fee since we couldn't get my handicapped dad down the 6 flights of stairs. The property was very clean; however, I did find a couple of pans that had rice residue stuck in them and one cup that wasn't really clean in the very bottom. Overall, everything else was nice, neat and clean. We would stay there again. Very comfortable.

Our family of 6 stayed again at Islander. Condo was beautifully maintained and so spacious. Master suite is enormous. Everyone had so much space in the unit, even the balcony was huge. The views never get old, we got up every morning together and watched the sun rise each day from the balcony. The on site management are wonderful also if you have any questions. So convenient to restaurants, we love this complex. Great for families.

We loved this condo and we are already planning our next booking. If you have small children I would recommend bringing some plastic containers as everything was glass. There were plug protectors in a drawer that were handy for our 1yro. I also brought plastic storage containers from home for dips and such on the beach. There’s a beach cart to tote your things down to the beach and a ramp on both sides of the condo (ones the condos and ones public beach access which was handy). We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for the week and our family had the best time!

The view from the balcony was fantastic and the kitchen was very well appointed. The problem was the boardwalk to the beach, which was being repaired. We had two older ladies and my daughter has cerebral palsy. Because of the distance to walk, she only went to the beach once. I only went twice. That was so disappointing. A lot of money for only one or two times on the beach!

The view is amazing! Nice large balcony - if we weren’t at the beach, we were on the balcony. The condo is well equipped and clean. Keypad entry is great - no keys to keep up with. It was a short walk to the beach and there was plenty of parking. Check in was on my phone and we had to get parking passes from the lobby. Any question I had was answered in a timely matter through text or email. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great and we had a great time at the location. The only issue we had which was small was checking in. We had never had a vacation in a rental property before so we did not how that worked. We called and the lady did a great job explaining everything to us. We did arrive after 5 so that didn’t help on our end. That was really the only negative to the trip and that was very minor. Thank you for everything and we will be back. It was awesome 😎. The condo was perfect. Great location. The view from the balcony was amazing. I was afraid that the view would be obstructed by the pool down below and that we would get lots of pool noise. That was not an issue at all, view was perfect. Master bed was very comfortable. Thus will be our go to place for future trips!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect and spacious for all 8 of us. The kids slept on the sofa bed and there was plenty of room to get around them in the mornings. The 2.5 baths worked out wonderfully and there was plenty of room for all of our belongings. The view and balcony were outstanding! Far enough from the pool that you didn’t get the noise from the pool deck. Lots of people at the pool, but it was large enough to accommodate everyone. We’d love to stay here again!
