Great location, right on the beach! The balcony offers a great view of the water. We would stay here again and felt very safe in the area. Unrelated to the listing, being unfamiliar to the area we thought there would be more restaurants/bars within close walking distance to the condo but if that’s what you’re looking for you’ll find that further down the beach, closer to the pier. Everything was a quick ride away though. This condo offered a very clean beach, that wasn’t too busy. Closer to the pier, was busier so it was definitely a trade off to be further away from restaurants/bars. We already can’t wait to go back!

We stayed in this one-bedroom condo for five days and had a great experience. It’s an older place but very clean and well-kept. The location was perfect—right on the beach with a nice side view. The beach area in front of us was peaceful and not crowded, unlike other parts of the strip. The pool was great, and the whole stay was quiet and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Islander 305! Check in was smooth and easy, the host was extremely responsive to all questions leading up until the trip and communicated check out procedures in a timely manner! It is an amazing location with a perfect side view balcony still able to see and hear the beach! We used the public access next to us as it was closer and was not crowded at all! We brought our own chairs and set up right on the water but had an option for chairs in front to rent if we wanted to! The condo was very spacious for the two of us!
The only complaint is about the bed, it was small, I believe a full size not like a queen in the listing. The room came with two fans which we utilized nightly and kept us comfortable. Being from south LA, we sleep with the AC lower than 70 and they ask you keep it at 70 or higher (which is understandable!)
Would def book this exact condo or somewhere in this building again! Great location, close to the okaloosa pier, and easy in and out!

We loved the unit. Decorated very well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Full size refrigerator. Close proximity to the beach. Our only complaint was that though a huge moths in the unit.

This is a great spot to get away from it all. This trip was for our 30th anniversary, and we were there March 13-19. We were both feeling under the weather when we arrived, but this room made up for our being sick. We loved it. The only thing I can complain about is the traffic going across the bridge. It was so crowded because they were working on it. When we got to the room,it was clean, and there was a gift bag full of snacks and other useful items, which I thought was so nice and courteous. Parking passes were already in the room, the elevators were fast, and everything was clean. There were ample dishes for whatever you wanted to prepare, and the view from the balcony was beautiful! I caught so many beautiful sunsets while we were there. Also, the beach was great and not too crowded. The check-in and check-out process was so easy, and we received texts almost every day, enquiring about our stay. The room is exactly as described, and I give it 10/10!! Would definitely come back! Great location. Peaceful this time of year. The AC works weird. Based on outside temps whether it cools or heats. Had to keep it off and balcony door open to stay comfy.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a few days while on spring break! It was very clean and in a perfect location. The only issue we had was with the AC. Apparently in the “cooler” months when it gets below a certain temperature it blows hot air even if you have the AC on. At one point we woke up and it was 78 inside. Thankfully we were able to leave the door to the balcony open a lot since it was cooler but it was a little frustrating. The customer service was great and even had someone out here looking to make sure everything was running okay. The HOA are the ones in charge of the chiller system so it was really out of our hands. Overall, a great place and we would for sure come back!

Nice place right on the beach. Pool is nice. Pictures are as is. We would go back forsure!
You can walk 2 miles by beach to the pier with lots of cool things to do. Otherwise an Uber was always about 5 minutes away and about 6-10 dollars to get anywhere by the pier and back
All basic cooking equipment. No oils or cooking spray. All appliances worked
There is no beach equipment/wagon/beach towels. It was over 200 for the week to use the chair service on the beach. So if you don’t want to pay that, plan to bring your own supplies like chairs/towels for the beach.
If we go to Ft. Walton and this is available we would stay again in an instant

Beautiful space with a beautiful view! Perfect for a couple. We came from NC to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and it was the perfect amount of space for us and our 1 year old. Very easy to get to the beach which we loved. The place was decorated extremely cute and you aren’t far from restaurants, attractions, etc! My husband and I loved the balcony swings and my son loved the huge bean bag ◡̈

Everything was perfect. Great location and beautiful beaches. The room didn't include beach chairs and an umbrella for the stay like other booking companies included in the cost. They were $35 a day to rent. The appliances were older but were still working.

This is an adorable unit with a beachy feel without the tacky beach decor! Checking in and out we’re so easy with the portal. I was provided with a number to text questions to and they answered promptly. The guys who put the chairs and umbrellas out didn’t overcrowd the beach area, leaving plenty of room for those who like to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely stay again!

Real Joy was very timely in all there replies. The room was really nice and had everything you needed. The view was a side view but it was still nice. I was very pleased to not have to go through all the hustle and bustle of checking in with multiple people and lines during covid. There are plenty of places to grab a bite near by. We enjoyed going out on the beach at night. There are not a bunch of children running around and the beach was not over run with spring break. We would definately stay here again.
