Island Princess 710

The top floor offers a fantastic view of the gulf. The master bedroom is unique, providing a spectacular sea view from your bed. The balcony is also impressive in size and offers great views. However, it’s worth noting that there’s no protection for accidental falls of things from the railing gap, which is a bit concerning (I dropped my AirPods). The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and the barbecue facilities at the parking lot are fantastic. The pool and hot tubs are also very relaxing. Overall, it’s a great experience and I highly recommend it!

We all enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great, the view, the beach, the pool & the unit itself. It looked the same in person as it did online, minus a little wear tear that you would expect with a rental. Our only MINOR complaint was with the TV in the living room, we couldn't get a clear picture the entire time we were there. Overall, we were very happy with our experience & would stay here again if we came back to the area!

I just want to say that RealJoy Vacations were great to work with and very good customer service. As for the unit, the place is amazing ! We enjoyed our stay at The Island Princess. The unit was mostly as described. One bedroom door would not shut, a TV wouldn’t work, pillows stained, sand in fridge. I messaged the host about these issues, so hopefully this will be resolved for future bookings. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials but definitely bring more trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper, there was only one of each when we arrived. The balcony, ocean view, and beach access made the price worth it.

This was the best condo I’ve ever stayed in! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, sensibly stocked with basic needs (toiletries, kitchen items, etc), perfect location, and had a million dollar view.
The bunk room was my kids’ favorite, and I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom.
The kitchen was beautiful! My only critique is that I wish it had a regular coffee pot, but it did have a Keurig.
I would actually live in this condo if I could. Will definitely keep on my list to stay at again!

The condo was the perfect location right on the beach. The pool was right below the balcony so you could see anyone you were with too. The combo of the chairs and umbrella was a major plus! Would stay there again! It was feedings for little kids too.

Place was great, just as expected. Just a heads up you need K-cups for coffee in the morning. We just assumed there would be a coffee pot from texts we had received prior to arriving so we had to double back to the store. The condo was great and clean and peaceful. Never seemed to crowded. The condo had plenty of space for 6 adults and one 2 year old. Overall it was clean. The only issue really was the carpets in the rooms felt a little gross on the feet, could use a replacement. The washer and dryer closet door was off the track and was a hazard to our 2 year old. Other than those minor issues, the location and proximity to the beach was very convenient.

This property is a great find! The view from the balcony was amazing. Being on the 7th floor helped to block out any pool party noise. The condo was a great size and nicely appointed. Beach service for 2 was complimentary and more could be purchased if needed. Definitely recommend getting dinner from Stewby’s or AJ’s Shanty and Ice cream from Okaloosa National Putt Putt ( next to Stewby’s).

Cousins celebrated a short getaway for our Aunt’s 83rd birthday. The condo was exactly as presented and we were very pleased. Great view, well appointed kitchen and plenty of seating. Not an issue but I would suggest a hair dryer for each bath. Each of us would consider visiting again.

Our original plan was to stay in South Carolina but with the hurricane approaching we opted to head to Fort Walton beach and were very happy with our decision. Even though it was a last minute booking everything went smoothly. There are many good eating places in the area and as golfers we enjoyed several courses. Even though there were many jellyfish in the water during our trip we still had a great time!

I believe now MAY is the best time to go the water was crystal clear all week and the condo had everything we needed. If I had anything bad to say it would only be that they didn’t have a Kurieg coffee maker 😂�😂� But I would definitely rebook and bring my own

I visited with my family for Spring Break 2018. First off the condo is just as described in the listing. It was clean, spactious, and very comfortable. The view was absolutely amazing! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The living area was equipped with a PlayStation game console with video games, along with family friendly board games which was plenty entertaining for the kids. Cable television and WiFi were also available. We felt right at home. Check-in was a very smooth process. We were located close to some great areas and about 15 minutes tops from Destin. The Okalousa Boardwalk is a must to visit!. The souvenir shops had fantastic selections for extremely low prices, including incentives for your purchase. One of my complaints would be that the next day they had to shut the water off due to a water leak which is understandable, we just would have liked a heads up. Luckily we were up and at it. Just couldn’t cook breakfast which caused us to spend extra money to eat out on top of the groceries we made for the stay, however, it was back up and running by the time we made it back for the evening. My only other complaint is that upon check out, we packed up our vehicle about 9:30, went back upstairs to finish breakfast and make sure we had everything but housekeeping was already cleaning the room at 9:35 before I could even hit the check-out button to confirm we were leaving. Although it’s not too big a deal, we paid a pretty penny and would’ve liked to enjoy it to the last minute. Other than those two minute discrepancies, this condo was everything! Not to mention we met some very friendly individuals while there. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone and would absolutely stay again without a doubt!

The stay in this condo was AMAZING! Great beach view and nice balcony. My walk on the beach was great and it was easy to get set up with beach chairs. The Master bedroom offered a view of the sunrise that was beautiful. I will admit that I am a travel snob so for me this place was great. It was CLEAN, RELAXING, and very REFRESHING. The bright beach colors coordinated well in the condo. It was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We ate out one night at Old Bay Steamer...this is a must do for anyone who has not had the pleasure of eating at this local spot. Great service and great food. The condo was perfect and I will return and refer it to my family and friends. If you are looking for a perfect place to rest and kick back and have some fun, this is it!

Our family and a couple of friends enjoyed our stay in August. The condo was just as the pictures showed! RealJoy was very easy to work with. We have rented several condos and houses over the years from various companies so we've dealt with all kinds. We never had any issues. I tried to find faults with the condo but didn't! Door know in master bath, lose or comes off, but goes right back on. Didn't have non-stick skillets and cookware, but we made do! We're use to this, and if you rent a lot, you know you need to take extra toilet paper, napkins, dish liquid, etc. I've seen so many complaints about the little things. It's all in the paperwork you sign! We would all definitely stay here again. Very close to all things happening! Disappointed that the hot tub was broke, but again, we survived. LOVED IT!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Island Princess Condo #710. It was the first time we vacationed in the Destin/Okaloosa Island area, so we were overdue for an opportunity to spend quality time together and to re-establish our family bonds. We were immediately captivated by the view of the Gulf as soon as we entered the unit. The beach view and sunrises & sunsets from this condo were breathtaking each and everyday. The beach access was also a great amenity, as well, as the pool on the property and hot tub.The pastel tones and colors of the condo are very relaxing, yet festive and fun. The kitchen was well stocked, which made it very convenient to cook and prepare meals, if we desired. Everything was in good condition and working order, which made our vacation very comfortable and worry-free. In addition, it was definitely a plus to have access to a covered parking space that is conveniently located near the elevator, which was ideal for one of my family members, who had difficulty walking at times. Real Joy Vacations simplified the rental process for us with detailed information & instructions, so everything was in place prior to our arrival. Also, the checklist on the refrigerator was a great reminder of what needed to be done to complete our check-out process and prepare for our departure. We look forward to renting this unit on an annual basis!
