We have stayed at this condo twice now and really love the convenience and location. A great morning walk to the pier, or to grab a bite to eat. Local seafood spots and icecream are just blocks away. This particular condo is on the 5th floor and we enjoy the balcony views the most. We've never needed to turn the AC on because the breeze is perfect. This unit could use a deep clean but has all of the amenities we needed and from staying previously we knew we needed to bring extra paper products and trash bags, etc. The free chairs and umbrellas on the beach come in handy and the guys that put them out every day are really accomodating. For a family or 2 staying together this unit fits us comfortably.

The condo was a great labor day get away. Easy access to the beach. Luggage carts were very useful and appreciated. The condo had plenty of room for 6 adults. Only aspect that was a minor inconvenience would be the wiring in the bedroom. One switch controlled every outlet. Outside of that small issue the condo was great.

We love this location. The room is cozy yet spacious, and the quick access to the beach is perfect. Also, the service was very prompt and kind. For instance, our DVD player was broken, so we requested a new one, and it wasn’t more than an a couple of hours before they had replaced it! We have no criticisms to offer.

The condo was great! It was clean and decorated nice. We loved the 5th floor view in the deck chairs. Beds are not too comply. The adults did not sleep well. But the kids did! They loved their room. The bunk bed did not seem sturdy for our 2 oldest kids. We made the smallest sleep on top. As far as the building, the main elevator was too busy! We often walked down to the far elevator. And the pool was nice and clean. Just crowded. Bonus! Free beach chairs and umbrella! That was awesome! We were expecting to pay $125. Made it crowded but we still had fun!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and spacious. 3 bathrooms!!!! Beautiful view, the pool was nice and the hot tub was on point. It was a short 1 mile walk to the pier. Beautiful white Sandy beaches and the chairs and umbrella were a treat. We would definitely recommend this unit, 100%!

My time here in room 506 was superb! The room is very very nice in person. The kitchen was fully stocked and the only issue i had was the ice maker which didnt barely produced ice. Other than that it was clean. Guests who have a wetting the bed problem should let management know upon leaving so that the mattresses can cleaned by an agency. There was some old pee stains on the mattresses. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

It was spacious, airy and clean. I loved that it was well stocked with dishes/pans to cook so we didn't have to eat out if we didn't want to. We didn't have time to use them, but there were even games in the closet. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back.

the three bedroom three bathroom was great. the fan in first bedroom ceiling fan didn't work. The dryer didn't work. We were offer laundry service , but wasn't convent for us. so the dryer or ceiling fan didn't get fixed while we were there. Maintance didn't do a good job of communicating with us. When called about the dryer , they said they would call me back and didn't . I had to call the next day. I was told dryer on warranty. so it would of been nice for Maintance to explain that the dryer was not going to be fixed while I was there. I didn't understand why they didn't have a washer /dryer they could of switch out for us while waiting for the dryer to get fixed. other wise we had a great time at the beach. It was a great location to be out. The kitchen had plenty of utensils to use. would definitely come back again. I just know Maintance is not reliable.

Location & view was great! There were a few things broken, not working in the unit that I addressed. The AC in the unit quit working during our stay. The repairmen were there within hours & had it up & running.

We loved the property. It's a smaller complex. I liked that, it was less people. Loved the location, off the busy road. But it was definitely with short distance of everything. The condo was very comfortable. The only problem was clean up attendant showed up 9 minutes before check out. She did not knock, she put the code in and was coming in. When we told her we would be out in a few minutes, they stayed right outside the door making it hard for us to get past her. Overall a great, quite place

Great location, condo has a perfect layout, very clean, plenty pots, pans and utensils for cooking and beautiful decor. Problem? - no start up toilet paper, no start up paper towels and no kitchen dish towels, dish soap or scrub brushes. Will we try to stay here again? YES! Great condo!
