Welcome to Island Princess 414! The Island Princess is a seven-story, family-oriented complex located right on the beach on sunny Okaloosa Island. This spacious 2 bedroom condominium features a balcony that looks directly over the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a king sized bed in the master with beautiful views of the sugar white beaches and emerald waters, two twin size beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, so this lovely unit sleeps 6! With a seasonally heated, gulf front pool, hot tub, fitness room, BBQ area and covered parking, you'll have everything you need for the perfect vacation here. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. The Island Princess is a 7 story complex with 136 units featuring gulf front balconies in the heart of Okaloosa Island. Watch dolphins frolic from your own private, gulf front balcony or take a swim in the lovely, gulf front pool (heated seasonally). Soak your cares away in the hot tub or grill up your fresh catch on the provided grills. Need to keep up with your workout? Use the fitness center and don't miss a beat. The covered parking area will keep your vehicle out of the tropical sun.

Relax on the beaches of The Gulf of Mexico while sipping a frozen concoction prepared at our outdoor bar upstairs at The Crab Trap, stroll the boardwalk and visit Islanders Coastal Outfitters for new beach attire or grab a frozen snack from Pino Gelato. When day turns to night, Al’s Beach Club is our premier club and burger bar. Hungry? We've got that covered as well! Grab some fresh from the Gulf seafood from any of our great beachfront restaurants located directly on The Boardwalk!

Had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and had plenty of amenities. We have stayed in Destin/Ft Walton Beach many times. There’s plenty of restaurants and activities nearby and the beaches are beautiful.

Second time staying at Island princess in Fort Walton. Hosted by real joy. Very responsive. We had a cleaner come back with some concerns we had. Devin was so helpful and responsive within 20 minutes and had someone come back to clean within a couple hours. They were really amazing hosts. We will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Island Princess! We had the most amazing view of the ocean! The room was very clean and comfortable. If I had to choose anything at all that I would want to improve I would have to say the bedspread on the king bed. It was so small it didn't even reach side to side. But there were plenty of extra blankets which was nice! Still a five star from me!

Enjoyed our stay. However, this condo is so dated. The rugs and carpet are dirty and stained. Bed in master is very comfy and pillows are nice! Kitchen is well stocked with the basics. The staff from RealJoy are professional and helpful! Their response time is quick! Some of the permanent tenants of the building are a bit territorial and can be quite rude! Overall, a good experience! Make sure you check out Crab Island Jimmy’s Charters..it was worth the trip!

Absolutely gorgeous view!! The room was very clean and cozy. There were six of us in total including 4 children. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home! There was plenty of space for a big family. We loved sitting on the balcony, watching, and hearing the waves-and the access right off of our bedroom was great! The washer & dryer is perfect so you don’t have laundry to do when you get home.
The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed.
The location is great, very short walk right behind the unit to the beach & pool. There are several restaurants within a decent walk or quick car trip.
No complaints…We would highly recommend and plan on coming back for sure!!

The Best Way to Relax

Such a beautiful location and truly the most relaxing vacation. We could enjoy seeing ocean views for miles both directions and enjoying the sounds of the ocean and dolphins swimming by while relaxing on the deck. Everything was absolutely perfect with one exception. Please take note the beach service is a completely separate cost for chairs & umbrellas for this property. The cost on average for 2 chairs and an umbrella were $50 per day. We assumed all the condos came with 2 chairs and an umbrella, but that is not the case anymore. Unfortunately, this was an extra cost we didn’t anticipate. Other than this missing detail, we were very happy with everything else. The team was very responsive to any questions were immediate and everything was clean and well kept. We will definitely be back!

Great location and perfect condo for our family. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Both bathrooms were well stocked with towels and wash cloths. RealJoy was very responsive to any questions we had before arrival and even checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we were good.

Our stay was great! The condo was perfectly clean and had tons of space. Yes, the appliances are slightly dated (as stated in previous reviews), but everything works fine and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outlets in the bedroom are switch operated, so as long as you have the fan switched on, they do work. And the master door to the patio DOES open. The views from the condo were absolutely breathtaking, and the beach and pool were super easy to access. Chairs and umbrellas were set up each morning and were first come first serve so that was super convenient. They also are currently doing construction on the building, but it did not affect our beach view or sleep. My only negative is that RealJoy does not communicate through Airbnb at all, so a lot of my questions went unanswered until they directly emailed me with their contact info, then I was able to reach them easily with any questions. Overall, we loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!
