All 8 of us loved every minute and was bummed to go! Beautiful place, beautiful beach! Lots to do & so close to the beach… I have a 3 year old, take my word for it, this was my fav part-hassle free! 10 stars if I could! We will definitley be back!

Great condo. The location was wonderful. Near everything but without the chaos. Views from the balcony were wonderful. It was nice for all the bedrooms to have access to a bathroom.

The location was fantastic. We felt close to restaurants and shops but not in the middle of chaos. Being on the third floor gave us great views but we could easily walk up when we chose to do so. Beach facilities and pool were very nice. Having 3 bedrooms made for plenty of room for everyone. Coffee and conversation on the balcony was a definite bonus.

It was a condo there was no breakfast The pool area was nice as was the beach and I saw a few maintenance people here and there as they were pressure washing the outside of the building. I didn't see security anywhere but it seems like a safe location

It was right on the beach and the pool was heated. The condo was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful.

Perfect location and very clean condo. Communication with RealJoy was amazing before and during trip. Biggest condo we have ever stayed at on the beach with a great price. A few draw backs that need to be fixed but totally not a deal breaker. Light in master bedroom flashes like a strobe light so could not use, water dispenser on refrigerator and ice maker did not work, can not run the washer at night or it will keep everyone up. It was really loud which was very unusual. Cold water only in the master bathroom sink even after letting it run for like 20 minutes. AC was works amazing. The only thing we really missed from other condos we have stayed at is free beach chair service and lots of other condos have a closet with left behind beach toys etc. I would have left everything we bought for the beach for the next visitors but ended up leaving it down by the pool for anyone that wanted it. Overall I would book again because parking was great, beach amazing, location amazing, room in condo for a big family amazing.

The location was spot on and right on the beach just steps away from the sugar sands. We travelled with our adult kids and they had their own room’s with their own bathrooms and all Queen sized beds. Awesome!

This was the perfect place! Our first time to Fort Walton area. Close to great restaurants. Quick and easy beach access. Bathroom in every room was wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped! The communication was quick and always helpful when needed. Overall this entire condominium was very clean, even the pool area! Very well maintained. Would absolutely visit this place again! Nice stay even though area was crowded for spring break. Okaloosa island is always less crowded than the rest of Fort Walton /Destin. Favorite restaurant Stewbys is right down the street. You can’t go wrong!

We decided to take this trip as a late Mother’s Day gift for our moms & decided to get married on the beach. The trip is the best trip I’ve ever been on. The condo was magnificent. I found the kitchen lacking in "essentials" such as salt & pepper, paper towels (1 roll) toilet paper, NO kleenex. Overall the unit was clean, but the outside furniture needs to be cleaned as it was moldy and dirty.

We are happy to know that this unit was clean overall and hope you enjoyed the layout and decor of this three-bed, three-bath condo. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by there not being more supplies. Housekeeping leaves a limited (starter) amount of such items as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests must provide any additional supplies that they may need during their stay. Spices, coffee, etc. are not left for guests for food safety reasons. First time in 13 years on the coast and my daughter's (who is 8) first trip ever to the ocean - she was so happy and excited. Our room and the view were beautiful. And it was very easy to check in and check out, and the welcome bag with the card, directions, contact info for anything we needed to know and the few little happy gifts waiting for us on the kitchen counter was a great welcome. We will definitely be back as soon as we can squeeze in another last minute vacation week Nothing. It was really perfect
