Welcome to Island Princess 315 located right on the beach in sunny Okaloosa Island! This spacious 3BR/3BA condo features a nice balcony with views of the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With access to a gym, pool, and a short walk to the beach, this is condo is a perfect vacation spot with everything you need. There's a king-sized bed in the master, two sets of twin over twin bunks in 2nd bedroom, a queen in the 3rd bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room which sleeps 10 guests comfortably! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. We spent one week in our condo and had the best time. IT was clean, roomy and had a lot of great restaurants around to eat. My daughter cooked breakfast every morning and we absolutely had the best time. Family, friends, food and comfort of being right on the beach, what more could anyone want !!

We had an amazing time. We stayed 7 days and the had plenty of room for our family. The ocean front view was beautiful every morning. Easy and convenient check in. Had a slight issue with the washer but the owner himself arrived and took care of it same day. Overall had an amazing stay and view. Will definitely be staying here again.
