Island Princess 315

Was exactly what we were looking for a family group of 9. was exactly as described with a beautiful beachfront view. We were comfortable the whole time as condo was very spacious and met all our needs.

We had an amazing time. We stayed 7 days and the had plenty of room for our family. The ocean front view was beautiful every morning. Easy and convenient check in. Had a slight issue with the washer but the owner himself arrived and took care of it same day. Overall had an amazing stay and view. Will definitely be staying here again.

We had an absolute wonderful stay! No issues whatsoever. Our room was exactly what we expected and more. We come to Florida every year between Christmas and New Year's and we stay in a different condo on Okaloosa Island each year. This year was one of the best!!

Disappointed that the ice maker did not work. Also both outside and 1 inside door handles were missing so was very hard for children to open the doors. View wax beautiful

We had a wonderful stay. Needed to book at the last minute and grateful for a space that could sleep more than 8 people. We are a family of 9, children ranging from ages 22-8. As I compared the cost along with square footage of the condos, this one did charge more. I assume it was for the second set of bunk beds. The space to move around was definitely less than we imagined once we were there. The pictures were a little distorted.
Our first disappointment was the sliding doors out to the patio. It had a sign stating it was not in working order. However we could get to the patio from the door in the master sweet. This was an inconvenience for my husband and I, but we made it work.
The fridge and freezer took a full 24 hours to come to safe temperatures, causing us to have to wait to purchase groceries for meals.
For the price I would have expected rentals for umbrellas and beach chairs to be included in our condo package.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The island princess unit 315 was perfect and fit all our needs. Three bedrooms and three baths were a plus. The view was spectacular. We had a couple of minor issues but they were dealt with promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Light switches are messed up in this unit. Can’t turn on one without turning another on or off. Probably need an electrician to check it out. Also box in the living room did not work . We had to move a box out of one of the bedrooms.

This is a beautiful property and the check in and out was easy. It comes with beach service for chairs and umbrella but they assign them and it is almost impossible to get to be on the front row. They say they rotate who's on the front row but I was there for a week and never was. This is no fault of the VRBO but thought I should let others know. Overall a great time and relaxing. Would rent it again.

Thank you for being our guest and your comments. The beach service has the space in front of the building to accommodate all of the guests. During busy seasons they will need to set up 3 rows of chairs.

We visited with two other couples. We loved that everyone had their own space and bathroom. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony. We had plenty of space for 6 adults.

The location was very convenient to many restaurants and a grocery store. We loved that the beach was just a quick walk away and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. The beach chairs and umbrella set up for us each day was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the pool. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.
