Nice location, enjoyed the beach. Never got clarity on if we could use the chairs. Unit 200 was great. They were testing the alarms we did not notice sign in elevator because we used the stairs. We thought the signs should have been in the unit.

Our three bedroom condo fit the 7 of us so well. The bunk room offered kids individual beds. The kitchen was well stocked (be aware there are no spices or oils, so bring your own if you want to cook). There were plenty of linens. Being in an end unit was also nice. The beach and pool were Amazing. We loved it! Parking was easy. Access to restaurants was easy. I loved this location.

This room is absolutely beautiful. We loved every minute of our trip. The only thing I want to let the owner know is that in the front room with the bunkbeds, there is water that was coming up through the floor. All my kids stuff got soaked, if they left anything on the floor. It was worse when it rained. My husband said there is probably a leak somewhere in that room. Just wanted to let them know before it gets worse. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. We love island princess and go every year for spring break. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Thanks for an awesome vacation condo :)

Only reason for the 4 star rating was that the water was turned off due to plumbing repairs to the entire building. Listing states iron was available, but was not working. Other than things mentioned, this is an excellent family beachfront rental.

The management staff was quick and very understanding with text messages. The condo is a great size for the family. The property is nicely decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Access to the beach and pool was convenient. Upside not mentioned is the little gated area by the front door that was a great place to store the wagon, paddle board, skim board, and beach toys. There were not any spices/salt/pepper so make sure you buy or bring your own. We had a great time and would highly recommend the condo to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay in the unit, but were disappointed on our arrival to find the dishes in the dishwasher were not clean and we found some cups in the cabinets were not clean. there were a few mechanical issues which were reported and eventually fixed. We had to request that the floors be cleaned, which was taken care of by the cleaning crew on the day we requested. There was an issue with water leaking on the floor every time we opened the door to the freezer side of the fridge. This was not addressed during our stay. We noticed that there is a problem with the icemaker being able to dispense ice but we did not report this. This should be looked at though so it's not a problem for future renters. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will use Island Princess in our future stays in Fort Walton.

Very spacious. Loved the master having the door to the balcony and each door having their own bathroom. We also enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs. We did wish that the condo itself had a kiddy pool and maybe a second or larger hot tub because it was always full but we did go on a busy weekend. Kid friendly unit. There’s a pack and play in the master closet. Twin bedroom doesn’t have a smart tv but does have cable and DVD player- so if you have little ones who need certain shows to sleep bring your own fire stick or such.

Great location. Loved the view. Two problems. In one room the blinds couldn’t keep out the security light so we had to hang towels over window to sleep and that really didn’t work. Second I had asked that they not let anyone into the condo to fix washer and they let them come anyway. Felt like privacy was invaded. We didn’t need washer so had no need to have it fixed. Would have preferred no strangers in while we were there. But all in all very clean. Mostly comfortable. Sleeps eight but doesn’t have gave enough seating in living space for all to be comfortable. Kitchen well outfitted. We were able to cook without to much trouble.

Overall everything went VERY smoothly. When innitially arriving, parking instructions and actual condo location could be made more clear. Ot was hard to find the entrance. The condo is the ideal location and size. Our only issue was with finding the unit inside the complex. It's tucked away behind a gate, which is perfect for privacy but would have been a nice detail to have when we were given the code for the door. The three bedrooms and three baths make it perfect for a large group. The mattresses are comfortable and the shower in the master bath has amazing pressure! We will definitely book the place again!

The views of the gulf from this unit and it’s balcony are simply breathtaking! There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, so plenty of space. a group of girlfriend and I stayed for a girls trip and had a fantastic time just relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves. The decor is fabulously cheery and perfect for the beach. The mattress in the master bedroom slept like a dream, and the owner obviously invested in the plush carpets and bath mats. I loved the attention to detail- we all felt right at home. I highly recommend this rental!

We loved everything about this condo. It was clean and newly decorated. It has a great view of the ocean. It is on the end of the building on the 2nd floor, which gives you more privacy. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Island Princess #200 is a great condo for family vacation. Lots of room for everyone. Love the gated entry, it became a play area for our 3-year old grandson. We highly recommend it.

We also loved the end corner unit. It had a private courtyard in front. Loved the waterview. It was very peaceful and very quiet --away from the pool area. A huge plus! Loved the pillowtop bed in master the bedroom. It is new. It was a "perfect sleeper". Cushion on top but supportive for back underneath. My elderly mom has a physical disability. She can not walk or stand for very long. The unit is close to the elevator. Handicapped parking was nearby. There was also a reserved covered parking space. Loved the décor, it was inviting and beachy. Each room had its own bathroom. Another huge plus. A short distance to beach from the front door. The condo is also down the street from our favorite seafood place - Old Bay Steamer. A ten minute walk or 2 minute drive. We will gladly stay here again and would highly recommend staying here. Real Joy Vacations was a delight to work with.

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay in this lovely beachfront & poolfront corner condo. We love the decor and close proximity to Old Bay steamer too! You can also wander down the beach to the Boardwalk to the array of beachfront restaurants and shops. It's a little bit of a walk, but worth it! We loved the end corner unit! Very quiet, yet kid friendly place. The size was perfect. Each room has their own bath and plenty of seating for dinning needs. Will be back again!

Island Princess 200 was one of the best condos I have ever stayed in. It was clean, had lots of kitchen utensils, nice comfortable beds. It accommodated my husband, me and 2 kids well, everyone had their own bedroom and bath. I will definitely be back. The only thing I wished was that they allowed my chihuahua. Had a great time! We totally enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was exactly as promised. The location was great. The views were awesome. I actually slept with the door open one night and You really could hear the waves. It was very soothing. I would definitely recommend staying here. The property and the condo were very clean. My only problem was the early check out time. I'm sure they have their reasons for an early check out but it does make it a little stressful trying to get a family up early and out before ten. Other than that, our vacation was great.
