Amazing 30A location situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach. “Somewhere In The Sun” is a third-floor condo that sleeps 2 and overlooks the sparkling pool and hot tub. It has been fully updated with modern finishes throughout. Take in the gulf views and spectacular sunsets from the south facing balcony. It’s a short walk to the deeded private beach access through the Sunset Beach community (directly across the street from the Seacrest Beach Entrance Lifeguard Stand). Walk or bike to all of the boutiques and restaurants throughout Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.

“Somewhere In The Sun” is a perfect place for couples or a single vacationer. Maximum of 2 guests and absolutely no pets. Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or e-cigarettes is not allowed and strictly enforced.

A mile away, 30Avenue is home to a plethora of chic shops. Pier Park is an 11 mile drive for amusements rides and oceanfront restaurants.
