All units open into the breathtaking indoor 50-foot atrium, filled with natural light. Guests will love the gulf-front pool, hot tub, and private gated beach access as well as the grilling area and fitness center!
*Excel Beach Service offers an on-call beach service during November thru February. Note that beach service must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact Excel Beach Service for any further information at 850-420-8062*
The peace and beauty of the beach at night is hard to beat! Therefore, every beach vacation should include a bonfire. Excel Beach Service’s professional beach bonfire services for Blue Mountain Beach Condos bring everything down so all you have to do is show up! They handle the permit, the setup, and the breakdown, and include an attendant and chairs. Service is offered nightly weather permitting, only one fire is allowed on the property per night. This complex is only 10 minutes from Seaside, which has its own Farmer's Market, post office, and Repertory Theater. Seaside boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Bike rentals are available and within walking distance at Big Daddy's Bike Shop. Enjoy a ride-along scenic 30A.
Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options as well!
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Making Memories
Our family was able to stay together. The condo was awesome, had all the items listed online. I do wish the deacription explained a little more about beach items. No need to bring tents, as they are not allowed. A beach umbrella and 2 chairs come with the condo and you can rent more during your stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time!!- Reviewed On: 5/24/2024
