We had never been to the gulf area of Florida and we loved it here! Walkable to everything in Rosemary Beach, including the beach. The house was perfect for our family: 2 adults, 3 older teens. Note that until you get into the house and on the wifi there is no internet in the area at all. Once we arrived we had to leave and drive back toward PCB to get a signal so I could locate the door code and instructions on how to enter the house!A fun spring break week, we hope to return!

Great house great neighborhood! It isn’t assessable for wheel chairs to ride up to front door but they say that in description I just like to let people know when I stay if wheelchairs can easily get in and out. For those that need it. If you have little kids bring scooters there is a perfect sidewalk from house to beach that does not cross any major streets and the kids would love it. It’s a flat walk to the beach and the ocean water is like so close to the street. So location is awesome even if you had to walk a wagon full of stuff easy walk for most people!! House is a super cool setup! And you can park car under the house! Wrap around porch with plenty of chairs! If you are young at heart You can also walk to the square without crossing a major four lane. 5 stars

This house was the perfect stay for our beach vacation! Everything was exactly as listed, clean, and ready for our arrival. Loved the open floor plan that allowed my two young kids to run around and play! And the short walk to the beach allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted in the sand! My kids especially loved the outdoor shower for removing sand! Also, the neighborhood was very laid back and quiet during our stay! I would highly recommend this house for any families looking for a cozy beach getaway.

Great location. Easy to get in and out of when driving, even when traffic is crazy. The secluded neighborhood makes access super easy. Quiet neighborhood. Great beach access and the include chair service was awesome. Beds were comfortable and the house had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Convenient walk to restaurants and shops. This property was clean, quiet and comfortable. A/C was fantastic, the outdoor shower was private and great after a day at the beach. Kitchen had all the dishes, utensils, pots, and a kuerig and coffee filters. My family enjoyed watching the squirrels, blue jays, cardinals, and mockingbirds that called the yard home. The listing had stated beach toys were not included but a nice surprise under the stairs in the garage there were 4 blown up inner tubes, many beach chairs and sand toys and a rolling cooler for us to use. Of note, my elderly father had some challenges navigating the beach access stairs, there is a ramp at neighboring property but can only be accessed if you have the key card for that private neighborhood. I would recommend anyone going to visit to rent bikes for their trip and consider booking beach service for chairs and umbrellas ahead of time, this was info I had to research on my own and proactively book.

House is as described, it is older and not as updated as others in the area but had everything that we needed here to cook breakfast, and dinner and just sit and do nothing if we wanted to. The bathroom situation upstairs was a little unusual as there is an open area above the doorway that is not closed off so everyone can hear when someone is in there, but it was just family so it was ok for us. There is some construction going on across the street but didn't bother us too much at all except for one morning it was loud. Loved that this was like 3 blocks from the beach-easy to run back to the house if you forgot something. We biked with our backpack chairs and small cooler. Beach was easy to get on and didn't feel crowded. The area is quiet at night. Sat out on the porch many mornings reading. House is still close enough to Rosemary-quick 3-5 ride over there so our kids were able to still hang with friends who were staying over that way.

Loved being in walking distance to the beach. We enjoy walking so we also walked to shops & restaurants. Some beach chairs & toys were provided. Only complaint was that we had to make a special trip to the store for things like hand soap & toilet paper ( they only provide one roll per bathroom for 6 people staying a week and one bottle of soap) Beds are all firm, bring beach towels. Over all we enjoyed our stay & the location. Will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay! Great location, large bedrooms, great porch, short walk to beach! Lots of parking was convenient. Speaking with property manager was helpful with questions we had. House was could have been cleaner. Dining room table was sticky and the floors needed a mop. The house also seemed to be warm even with ac on 70 degrees, especially upstairs. Luckily it was in the 60s outside so we had the door open a lot. All in all, we would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house worked nicely for our family. The walk to the beach was easy. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We could not get the downstairs to cool below 76°. The upstairs a/c was nice and cool. We love this area on 30a. This house is reasonably priced for the area.

Wonderful property in Rosemary Beach we enjoyed being able to walk to the beach every day (even though it was freezing & rainy). The house is in a great location super convenient to both the beach and town. There was some noise in the mornings from construction on a house a couple doors down, it looked like they were almost finished though for future guests. Be sure to bring your own beach gear, even in the cold (with blankets) the beach was a dream.

The house is the “old school” Florida style construction on stilts. It was exactly what I was looking for! It is a bit dated thought out but in good to great shape. The location is amazing and just a block from beach. The value of this property is its biggest selling point.
