Welcome to Inlet Beach Retreat — your coastal getaway just 100 yards from the beach and minutes from Rosemary Beach. This spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bath home sleeps up to 12 and features Gulf views, multiple balconies, and inviting spaces designed for both relaxation and gathering.
The first floor offers a private guest suite with a Murphy bed, kitchenette, sleeper sofa, and direct access to the lanai with a private pool and spa, plus a ping pong game room for added fun. Upstairs, you’ll find two king master suites with en-suite baths and private porches with Gulf views, along with a bunk room for flexible sleeping. The top floor is built for entertaining with an open-concept living area, large balcony, and a gourmet kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances, plus an additional king suite with a private balcony. Enjoy your private pool, spa, and outdoor grilling area after a day at the beach. Located in peaceful Inlet Beach, you’re still just minutes from Rosemary Beach, 30Avenue, and local favorites like The Donut Hole and Shades—perfect for dining, exploring, or simply unwinding.

My family and I had a great time. We needed a space to relax and just unwind. This was the perfect place. Bigger than I expected. Very clean, great area and walk to the beach. We would definitely book again on our next visit.

The house and location were perfect for our party of eight!
Home and kitchen were very well equipped, including some spices in kitchen (no salt or pepper), and two pack and plays for young kiddos.
We were so close to the beautiful beach we ended up walking down multiple times each day even with young kids.
On cooler days the pool and hot tub were a fantastic place to hang out, or warm up after a dip in the ocean.
House is right at the east end of where 30A and 98 come together so you have access to Rosemary Beach and all the little towns west on 30A by car or bike.
Jessica from RealJoy was incredible from start to finish and very responsive when we had questions!

We had a wonderful stay with RealJoy! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was great, and everything we needed was provided, which made our stay easy and relaxing.

Great for big family trip!

Really enjoyed the stay with our extended family. The home is very well stocked and maintained. Having the pool and hot tub in the back was great when walking back from the beach. Enjoyed visiting Inlet Beach. Had not stayed there before, much less crowded,. Typically stay in Santa Rosa and Rosemary.
