The ground level features a cozy guest suite complete with a Murphy bed, a kitchenette, a queen sleeper sofa, and a 42-inch HDTV. This space opens directly onto the lanai, where a private pool and spa await. Also on this floor is a lively game room with ping pong table — ideal for fun family nights.

Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully appointed master bedrooms, each with a king bed, en-suite bath, smart TV, and a private porch with peek-a-boo Gulf views. A charming bunk room with built-in twin bunks and an additional full bath completes this level, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for kids or guests. The top floor is designed for gathering and relaxing. The open-concept living and dining area flows seamlessly onto a covered balcony with sweeping Gulf views. Enjoy movie nights on the 65-inch smart HDTV with Blu-ray player while lounging on the Italian leather sectional. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a Wolf gas oven, Subzero refrigerator, Cuisinart cookware, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and everything else you could need. Guest Bedroom 5 is also located on this floor, offering a king bed, en-suite bath, and a large private balcony with seating and more beautiful Gulf views.

Inlet Beach is South Walton's easternmost and most untouched beach neighborhood. Boasting the largest public beach access point in South Walton and easy access to both Rosemary Beach and Carillon Beach nearby, it will provide you with a load of options. Donut Hole has now opened an Inlet Beach location, and there are local favs for a casual meal such as The Terrace or Shades at the Loop. Hop on some bikes and go check out Old World style Rosemary Beach or enjoy lounging in the sun. Whatever you choose for your beach vacation, you can't go wrong with Inlet Beach.

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old-World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
