This home has it all - location, upscale furnishings, loaded with flat screens, killer pool, room for everyone, incredible grill. It truly is fit for a king!
House of Kings is a 3-level vacation home boasting gorgeous decor, including new top-of-the-line mattresses. All five bedrooms have flat screens - the master has a 60', the other king bedrooms have 40', and the kid's bunk room has a 32'. There are flat screens in the living room and the game room with a private balcony, Foosball table, wet bar and music tower for iPods or iPads.
This home has a pre-wired sound system and can be regulated for each floor separately. Enjoy the surround music center in the living room and either Blu-ray or DVD in every room that has a TV. No chance of anyone being bored here!
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a private bath, XL garden tub, private balcony, and a wet bar. There are 3 more bedrooms with king-sized beds (one located on the first floor), and the fifth bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress and twin sized bed.
The kitchen is amazing - fully furnished, with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and high-end auto-closing cabinets. There's a 4 burner high-end gas grill on the private patio.
House of Kings also has a full-sized laundry room with a washer and dryer, two parking spots in the driveway, as well as an overflow parking lot.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches of Destin. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day): they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon style zero entry pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind.
Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are three parking spaces available in the driveway of the home. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.
Area Attractions:
There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, boating, fishing, and water-sports!
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

I give our stay 5stars the House of Kings is a great place to stay. But the furniture must be replaced the cushions are so worn down that you sink down in the sofa & have difficulty getting up. The stay was great for my family! As stated in other reviews, the House of Kings 5 bedroom house was good but in desperate need of a new sectional. When you sit, it literally sinks you in and you may require help to get up. We loved that there were plenty of towels, pots, pans, etc. The host was always responsive . There wasn’t a remote for the tv in the master suite but it forced my dad to have to be out of the bedroom and into the family area to be overloaded with noise from his grandkids😂😂😂 There were no issues and we look forward to another stay when we want to get away!- Reviewed On: 12/27/2024

My family and I had a wonderful time in Destin. The property was very nice, and though not on the beach it was close enough that we could walk there. Food, shopping and other attractions were also very close by which was a plus! The community was quiet, clean and well maintained. The pool was wonderful as well. I will definitely consider this property for our next visit. The only drawback is that some of the furniture, the couch and chair in the living could use an upgrade. Both were broken but useable. But with so many people coming and going, I can understand trying to get the most use out of some things.- Reviewed On: 6/14/2024

Nice home in quiet neighborhood
Our family stayed here for five nights. The home is nice, nothing fancy but nice. The bedding is light and the beds are ok. I would definitely recommend bringing additional blankets as there weren’t any extra blankets to be found. The pool is in close proximity and the beach was a short drive.
