I give our stay 5stars the House of Kings is a great place to stay. But the furniture must be replaced the cushions are so worn down that you sink down in the sofa & have difficulty getting up. And it's full of spots. RealJoy did respond to TV issue very promptly. . BUT AGAIN IT IS VERY NICE HOME. Thanks RealJoy

The stay was great for my family! As stated in other reviews, the House of Kings 5 bedroom house was good but in desperate need of a new sectional. When you sit, it literally sinks you in and you may require help to get up. We loved that there were plenty of towels, pots, pans, etc. The host was always responsive . There wasn’t a remote for the tv in the master suite but it forced my dad to have to be out of the bedroom and into the family area to be overloaded with noise from his grandkids😂😂😂 There were no issues and we look forward to another stay when we want to get away!

Prime location and suited for large families. 10 minute walk from the beach and is also a gated community with an amazing pool to take a break from the salt water. Highly recommend for large families/reunions.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Destin. The property was very nice, and though not on the beach it was close enough that we could walk there. Food, shopping and other attractions were also very close by which was a plus! The community was quiet, clean and well maintained. The pool was wonderful as well. I will definitely consider this property for our next visit. The only drawback is that some of the furniture, the couch and chair in the living could use an upgrade. Both were broken but useable. But with so many people coming and going, I can understand trying to get the most use out of some things.

Our family stayed here for five nights. The home is nice, nothing fancy but nice. The bedding is light and the beds are ok. I would definitely recommend bringing additional blankets as there weren’t any extra blankets to be found. The pool is in close proximity and the beach was a short drive. We had a great vacation and the home was pleasant.

This is a great place. My family and I had a great time during our stay. We needed to use the air mattress and found out that one of them had a hole that leaked air. The RealJoy team was very responsive, understanding, and prompt in resolving the mattress issue by bringing us a brand new mattress in a matter of minutes. I'll definitely stay at this place again.

Was overall satisfied, took my son for his 9th Birthday, allowed him to take a few friends. I tell ya, they were blown away. Proceeded to eat breakfast on the third floor patio, the seating was perfect. Those little guys were so excited. It was very much worth it. I and my family will be going back. We also walked to the beach, which wasn't that far.

very good time. we really enjoyed our stay. only minor complaints are the beach is a lot further than advertised. another reviewer said it was a 5 minuite walk, their walk must be a fast jog. 15 minutes if you move well. The 3rd floor was hot. The A/C didn't seem to function. overall a great experience and hosts were super.

this is my 2nd stay at this property. its clean, in walking distance to the beach, 30 mins from the airport, close to shopping and restaurants.. great location. my 1st visit was great. my 2nd visit was just good not great.. the air conditioning went out but maintenance was on top of it and they were in constant communication with me. also I found 2 cockroaches which I'm really afraid of. probably time to get property sprayed ? and if I could suggest to provide or install full length mirrors for the ladies.. we need to see ourselves from head to toe.

Location is great about 7 minute walk to beach, we had a large group and there was plenty of space to not bump into everyone. Only issue I found was parking 3 slots for a house holding that many people and finding a spot in overflow parking was usually impossible!

Thank you for such an amazing getaway weekend. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. From the communication, to the home itself was just amazing. The place is so spacious. Not once did we feel as if we were running out of space. The kitchen was well equipped and provided everything the was needed during our stay. The kids truly enjoyed the pool area and the security staff (I forgot his name) was very pleasant and accommodating. I’m most thankful for the late checkout. Overall, we definitely can’t wait to book again soon.

VERY VERY IMPRESSED. Well worth the trip. Checking and out wonderful process. Clean facility. We had a problem. Out washer went out and for 14 people that’s a problem. I reported it and that day they were there w a replacement washer. Wonderful time and very comfy stay!!!

Wonderful location and the house was awesome as well. Previous visitors complained about a foul odor, however I found the issue!!! Old seashells in a small container of beach like salt water, were sitting on one of shelves by the stairway, the water was obviously spoiled! Only complaint is the ceiling fan on the third floor's balcony is very loose. When we turned on the switch, it started shaking very bad. Very nice neighborhood and close to grocery store and shopping plaza. It is approximately a 3 mile ride to harbor walk and about 3 miles opposite direction to the outlet mall.

No issues with booking. Parking is very strict as this is a community but the house was very clean, FULLY stocked kitchen. I love the fact that this home had every utensil needed for our stay. I didn't have to buy anything. Will book again

This house is beautifully situated among all the attractions and local beaches. It is so spacious, inviting and comfortable. I recommend this location for families and its perfect for couples. The only tip I have is if you are planning on preparing meals, you need to bring cooking supplies (pots/frying pans, seasonings), hand soap and trash bags other than that. The house is PERFECT!

House of Kings, managed by RealJoy was convenient, spacious, and probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed.
The floors were so clean that the bottom of my white fluffy slippers were STILL WHITE after walking around the entire home for 3 whole days! (we don't wear shoes inside so we didn't track anything in)
The bathrooms were all nice. The master shower could use a better shower head but it's adequate. I loved that there was a water closet in the master. The other bathrooms were standard all-in-one.
The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The mattresses were all very firm which some might prefer. We're a soft-mattress fam so we were a little uncomfortable but the day's activities usually tired us out enough to make up for it.
The kitchen was very well equipped with nice appliances and everything was in working order.
The sofa in the living room was probably the most comfortable piece of furniture in the entire home. I was tempted to sleep on it instead of upstairs. Lol
The location is perfect with groceries, restaurants, and the neighborhood pool all very close by.
Overall, I would highly recommend this home for a large family/ pod of friends or even a small group who likes to spread out/ have their own space.

Fun pass wasn't so useful although we did every activity that was named.
