To receive a qualified quote, you must select a minimum of 28 consecutive nights during the months of November through February to receive a special Snowbird rate. Main Level:
The open-concept kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with seating for six at the dining table and four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living room includes a 65-inch Smart TV and DVD player for relaxing evenings. The primary suite on this level offers a king-size bed and a spacious private bathroom. A second bedroom features two sets of bunk beds—ideal for younger guests.

Second Level:
Upstairs, you’ll find an additional primary suite with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom includes two queen beds, offering plenty of space for family and friends.

Grayton Beach is a laid-back, organic beach town with old-style wooden beach bungalows and narrow neighborhood streets lined with live oaks. You'll also get a “hippie kitsch” feel, having the iconic Red Bar a stroll away. Take the neighborhood boardwalk to the beach or hop on the bikes and head 2.4 miles to explore Seaside. This cool little beach town is also home to the diverse coastal ecosystems of Western Lake and Grayton Beach State Park and is a gateway to a large expanse of sugar-white beach that is a haven for fishermen, boaters, and beachcombers alike.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and incredible architecture that make 30A famous. Grayton Beach not only provides you with stunning views, but it also provides you with activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here!

Enjoy this Funky, Free-spirited town where you will find quaint historic cottages next to modern beach homes. You’ll enjoy the many shopping and dining options, such as ‘Another Broken Egg’. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
