Real joy did an amazing job. I had trouble with my wifi they came out and replaced our wifi box and made sure everything was up to our standards for the week. Also because of our wifi problem we had, I had suggested that we get to stay another day at no cost and they made sure it was okay with the owner and let us check out a day later at no cost which was amazing. Excellent location. Private enclosed community. Total of three pools within the community. In order to access the pools however, you must purchase armbands for each of the guests and parking passes within the community. Literally less than 10 min walking distance from the beach!
Space was nice, 1.5 bath with two bedrooms and a pullout sofa. AC worked amazingly. Place was spotless. Enough linen. Washer and dryer in unit (definitely must have for pool and beach). Even had some pool/beach toys. Really a pleasant stay. It is a 3rd story walk up which we didn’t mind but just FYI. All in all, would definitely stay here again!- Reviewed On: 6/22/2025

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. The place was clean and the furniture/appliances were very nice. It actually looked better than the pictures. The location is a very short walk to the beach and eating places. The host responded quickly to my questions prior to me booking and during my stay. For the times that it rained it was nice to be in a place that is clean, smelled good, stocked with what I needed in the kitchen. The only thing I did not like was the extra I had to pay for parking and armbands. We stayed a month with an infant. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing - just a short walk through the condo complex and across one street. Both balconies have water views. Lots of space. Very clean. There are beach chairs & toys, putters & golf balls, & tennis rackets (no balls). There's a giant walk-in closet in the master w/ the electric water heater - big enough to put a pack n play.
There were a few "issues", but they weren’t huge deals. The ceiling paint around the vents is flaking off & falling down. The upstairs balcony railing is unpainted and splinter-y, which isn't great with little kids. The nonstick pans are all scratched up, & the cooking utensils aren't great (consider bringing a skillet and wood/plastic utensils if you like to cook). There are other pots in fine condition.
Heads up - parking passes are required at $25 each & wristbands for everyone at $20 each. The pools/hot tub are currently (3/1/23) open from 9AM-5PM.
