Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with comfortable seating, and an outdoor patio perfect for sunset cocktails. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed for restful nights, while the guest loft offers two queen beds, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. A washer and dryer are included for convenience.

Days here can be as relaxing or adventurous as you choose. Stroll along the beach, lounge by one of the sparkling pools, perfect your tennis swing, or enjoy a friendly game of mini golf. Whether you’re seeking tranquil beachside mornings, family fun, or exciting local experiences, this townhome puts you in the heart of everything Panama City Beach has to offer.

Guests may purchase up to 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands online or at the Horizon South Office. All guests 6 years or older must wear a wristband, and all vehicles must display a valid parking pass. Pricing (subject to change):

* Wristband: $20 each for ≤10 days, $40 each for >10 days

* Vehicle Parking Pass: $25 each for ≤10 days, $50 each for >10 days

* Trailer Parking Pass: $40 for 10 days

Pier Park, less than 3 miles away, offers over 125 retail, dining, and entertainment options, including Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21. Dine at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, or Five Guys, and catch a movie at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Family fun abounds nearby with Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, and bumper boats. Little walk to the beach but if you have a wagon it is nothing. Good location to restaurants and shopping. Rent a golf cart to make your life easier!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay! walking distance to the beach. Super quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed the privacy fence. We could sit out and enjoy outside in the privacy of the home. I would book this unit again. We were having so much fun that we didn’t notice the games under the tv until the last day lol!

Our stay was exactly what we had hoped for when we booked our trip. The place was clean and inviting. There are pool floats, putters and golf balls, pickleball rackets, boogie boards, tennis rackets, and a pop up canopy in the upstairs bedroom.

Short walk to the beach and as expected. Possibly missed the extra fees in the listing for the resort bands and parking, but it was fine. Bed wasn’t made and didn’t have basic amenities upon arrival including toilet paper, but management was very responsive for the most part and addressed all issues. Would book again!
