Beautiful place to stay for our family vacation. Host was very responsive to any questions I had. Some reviews mentioned they didn't provide items such as soaps, trash bags, etc. However they do mention before your arrival that they provide starter toiletries but that you'd have to supply extra. This wasn't an issue for us, they told us ahead of time and we brought extra.
There was a refundable $500 deposit for the golf cart use, plan ahead for that. It was completely worth it for us, so convenient to get around the property and go the beach and Baytown in it.
The hot water takes a while to warm up. Had to run the shower a little longer than usual but it does get hot.
We loved our stay and hope to return again soon.

This was our first trip to the Sandestin Beach Resort and we absolutely loved it and will be back! The condo was probably one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. Beautifully decorated and very clean! We had a great stay at Hola Beaches. The rental was exceptionally clean, the furniture in living room appeared to be replaced from what was in photo but still lovely. We had one hiccup as the ignition switch needed replaced on the golf cart so we were without it for the first couple days of our trip, but the customer service was top notch and they were very helpful in getting the cart fixed and communication was key. We will definitely book again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hola Beaches! Our condominium rental was definite beach decor and just a short walk to the the beach ! We had everything we needed to prepare a gourmet meal at home one night. The beds were very comfy and plenty of cotton linens. We loved playing cards after dinner and we watched several football games in the Great room. We can’t wait for our family to come back 😎

We loved the unit Hola Beaches. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials for cooking. Throw blankets, pillows and extra linens were a nice touch. The golf cart was a plus! We will be back!

We had a great stay at Hola Beaches. We loved that all of the switches and remotes were labeled so we knew what they went to. They had throw blankets on the couches which was a nice touch. Plenty of pillows and linens. The golf cart was really useful to getting around. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. I would recommend a blender and a couple extra dish towels. We didn't want to leave and will be back to this unit!

The pool is right next to the house.
The golf cart is a must for the beach, walking access right next to the big parking lot.
Kitchen provided everything needed to cook breakfast and lunch.
Wagon, toys and chairs provided for beach.

We only ran into one small problem on this trip and Realjoy worked with us to figure it out. We were able to communicate with them via text or email so they were always available even if you didn’t always get the same person.

We had an amazing and fun time at this condo. The customer service was outstanding, and the the condo was exactly what we were looking for. We were so pleased with the Customer Service we received from this business. They went above and beyond to help us feel like a home and for us not to have any inconvenient with anything. The decoration in the condo was very neat and we had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us as a family, many things to do; is a place you will find everything with out the need of leaving the Resort. The beach, the pool, the walking areas, everything was perfect; we always vacay there and this host had every thing we needed to make us feel like home. Wont doubt to book with them again. Only kind of inconvenient was that there was "not early check in" but is very understandable, they needed to leave it clean. In a few words we will recommend this place with a 5 stars rate!!

It was a great place to stay! Great layout and we loved all the seating to hang out with our group. If you’re renting the golf cart, I’d reach out ahead of time to get the lock box code. The lockbox code was not given to me or with any clear instructions, I had to reach out to ask for it. And go back and forth to get it. The box wouldn’t open even with the right code. This was the only downside to the experience, it was a real pain going back and forth over two days and using my vacation time to message and call them. Ultimately we got the code and pried open the box with a butter knife.

Our records indicate that we came out to assist you with this issue within the hour of your report. This particular lock box is the only kind that can hold the larger golf cart keys. This is a great sized property for a family. It looks exactly like the pics, is very spacious, we were four adults and three young children, and is very well equipped. Comfortable beds, plenty of spare bedding and towels. The screened porch is a really large bonus space. The heated pool is steps away which is wonderful if you are travelling with young ones. And the included golf cart is a great addition. You can get everywhere in the resort by cart so we basically parked our car for the week. We would defintiely recommend this property

This property was as pictured and described on VRBO. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location in Sandestin. Close to the pool, which was awesome. Only complaint is that there were rowdy renters above us the entire week and we could hear everything. They seemed to be the only loud people in the subdivision; it is otherwise family-friendly.

Upon our arrival, the unit was clean, beautiful, bright and welcoming! There was jazz music playing as we walked in!side! The layout and decor were wonderful! Location is perfect!
