This condo has been updated for your comfort with new furniture, paint, wall decor, and patio furniture as of Feb 2021. Enjoy modern bathrooms and a large kitchen serving bar with curved seating area. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping a total of 6 guests comfortably. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Vacation rentals here enjoy an elevator located in the lobby for convenience, this destination is sure to please. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club has a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms and saunas. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby or pool areas and also coin-operated laundry facilities. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club has great vacation rentals.

Temporary structures, including, but not limited to, towed house trailers, houseboats, tents, or temporary structures of any kind are prohibited on Holiday Isle, except to the extent set forth herein. Umbrellas are permitted on the beaches in a manner consistent with these Covenants provided that their use is in compliance with state and local laws and regulations. Set up of umbrellas can occur only after beach cleaning has been completed. Umbrellas shall not exceed 8 feet in diameter.

Area Attractions:

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

We loved the condo! We had a little issue figuring out the guest bedroom shower, they told us instructions but still struggled. Our teenager finally figured it out. We suggest a picture with instructions on how to operate the shower in case there are others who struggled figuring it out like us even after they told us how to do it. lol Beautiful place to stay, most relaxing vacation we’ve had in a long time. I also suggest leaving more towels and wash cloths for future stayers. Loved it here! Beautiful place!

Great spot at a great price. The unit was VERY comfortable. The beds were so nice--we slept really well.
The proximity to the beach, pool, and other amenities couldn't be any better. We loved that it was on the top floor, too. Great view and VERY quiet when we were there (which wasn't a super busy season).
The first morning, I looked out the window in the master bedroom to immediately see dolphins swimming by on the beach. We saw them a number of times from the unit over the four days we stayed there.
The kitchen had all the basics and more. We cooked there a few times and ate several meals in the unit.
If you're looking for super luxury or something brand new, this unit won't stand out, but it's VERY nice, comfortable, great location, clean, and was a great price. Every day we were there, we remarked how glad we were that we booked this unit.
RealJoy was very responsive and kind. 5/5 for sure!

Location was great, liked the composite decking on walkways..facility was well cared for I stay in places and always like to let owners know about detail things that aren't working that cleaning staff might not see. Need more convenient garbage location, no hooks outside unit on balcony for towels to dry. Slide chain on door isn't very secure, needs attention Need to revisit the #towels in unit. Bathtowels present but not many handtowels or washcloths in bathrooms a d 1 handtowel in kitchen No pillowcases on 2 of the 4 pillows in twin bedroom and couldn't find any in closets. We used a tshirt to pullover them to cover for our stay Black fan in closet doesnt work in twin bedroo. Overall the stay was comfortable

I visited in June 2024 for a girls weekend and the condo was exactly what we wanted - right on the beach with views from the balcony and inside the condo, convenient to great restaurants and stores, and comfortable for 4 adults. We were there right after 3 shark attacks and the presence of life guards patrolling on the shore and a helicopter flying over regularly made us more comfortable being on the beach.
We found 2 camping chairs and an umbrella in a closet that were very helpful since not everyone brought beach gear.
Based on a previous review, we brought along a firestick for the TV and I'd highly recommend others do the same.
There was not laundry on site that we could find but it was not a deal breaker for us.

We truly enjoyed our stay! We brought our own beach towels and chairs. One thing I would definitely recommend is to upgrade the TVs in the condo. We weren’t able to watch Netflix or anything but cable in the living room. Everything else was great! We will definitely come back!
