My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay here! It was extremely clean and adorable decor. The view of the ocean was amazing and the short walk to the beach was nice with a little boardwalk to the sand, that had water hoses to rinse your feet off with. There are chairs and umbrellas available to rent daily which was nice. We cooked several times in the kitchen, and it was equipped with all the utensils and appliances we needed-even a blender for piña coladas! The only thing I could find fault with is the master bedroom needs a new mattress, it had 2 large sunken spots on each side. Other than that, we loved our stay and can't wait to return!

We had a great time! Loved the place. Close to the beach. Pool was awesome! Only problem was the laundry facilities. 4/6 washing machines were broken and our did not drain all the water. Many of the dryers were out of order too. And there was no laundry soap in the dispenser. Everything else was great. Front office staff was very nice. Will definitely come again!!

Everything was wonderful! Nice clean place! People were very friendly. Only thing is you have to pay $50 a day to have two chairs and umbrella on the beach. Not all units have to but this one you have to pay. Dishwasher was also full when we got there. Other then that everything is great!

The Unit was very clean and just as pictured. We loved sitting on the balcony at night and listening to the waves. The only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer because we had to take wet clothes home. Also, with beach service everyday you have to put your own tag on a chair. I wish they just assigned you for the week, so you didn’t have to get up early to get your tag on a good seat. Overall, a great experience and we plan to return!

My mom and I went for a mother/daughter trip. The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable with an amazing view. It’s a short walk to the beach. And the beach is glorious. The unit did have two beach chairs but I believe they were left behind by other guests. I don’t think they come with unit. We didn’t see them until day 2 so we had already paid the condo to rent chairs and an umbrella for one day. I would absolutely come back here. Three days on the beach was amazing. And this section of beach is private to condo goers so not too busy.

Our family of 4 had a great trip and would definitely go back. This unit isn’t necessarily worth the cost, but I think that is just the price you pay to come to Destin and for the view. The beach is amazing and water is so clear and calm compared to the Atlantic so it’s less stressful when you have kids. This unit looked exactly like what was advertised and was clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were outdated, but you can see that in the pics. Any questions we asked were all quickly answered by the property owners and the checkin process was very easy. View off balcony is great and walk to beach is short. Pool was pretty crowded since on smaller side but clean. We didn’t have any problems with the bathrooms in the unit like previous reviews had stated. The master bed was on the firm side, and I do agree with a prior review that the fan in bathrooms are on the louder side. I would recommend the owner add some night lights to the bathrooms so you don’t have to turn fan/light combo on in middle of night and wake other person. Also, some tips for others to prepare for their trip: bring ground coffee and filters since none provided - it’s not a keurig. There aren’t beach chairs or beach towels provided. Housekeeping services not provided during your stay. If you fly in, I would highly recommend a car rental bc Uber/Lyft/Taxi services are almost impossible to find from the airport or if you need to get to take you around Destin. Also, this unit is not really walking distance to any restaurants or grocery stores. Amazon food will not deliver groceries to this location, and it is very hard to find places to deliver pizza. We were able to get a Lyft to take us to grocery store very early in morning for $12 one way to go 2 miles, but you have to be very patient while trying to find one to take you back to the unit. Overall, we really did have a great trip. Destin is perfect for a family vacation, and we will be back next year!

My only critique is the condo has literally zero spices- not even salt and pepper! It made it difficult to cook in the condo but not a deal breaker.

A week of fun and relaxation. The location of the Holiday Surf & Racquet Club was the ideal spot to stay. The condo had all the comforts of home as well as being clean and neat. The view of the ocean from the balcony and walking distance to the beach made it worth a early rise and shine. I love this location! Great condo On the beach. Close and convenient to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The condo is spacious and clean with a well appointed kitchen. The accommodations are comfortable and relaxing. Phenomenal place! Great views of the ocean as well as a well equipped unit. Everything is extremely updated, clean, and the unit and owners are extremely easy to work with. The community at Holiday Surf is extremely accommodating and very laid back. The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need and more! Will definitely be back next year! Unit 710 was everything we expected and more. Very clean, and spacious! The layout of the furniture and rooms couldn't be a in better placement. Great view of beach from the balcony and a very short walk from it as well! less than 5 mins from Target, Starbucks, and few restaurants to include my favorites Donut Hole and Gilligan's which are both HIGHLY recommended, close, and at a fraction of the cost. You won't leave hungry that's for sure. Again, great property, and we'll definitely be back if its available. Probably this year!!! Thank you!

We spent spring break in Destin from March 24-31 as a family. It was our first time to the Florida panhandle and we loved it. My husband and I vacationed with our daughter (5), son (16) and his friend - and we gave thumbs up all around. The condo location was perfect. It's away from the main drag but only a short jaunt to restaurants, shopping and activities. The condo was ready on time and check-in when smoothly. We appreciated the electronic door lock and not having to deal with keys. The condo was very clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. The view was spectacular and we took advantage of the balcony a ton. The beach was private which made it family friendly. The sand was gorgeous and renting chairs was convenient and easy. We had a couple of cool days but found non-water ways to stay busy. There were many things that were done right - the pool was heated and there's plenty of space, the grilling area was well-kept, tennis courts were accessible, the kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed, there were TVs in every room, and staff were friendly and helpful. The shared laundry facilities were clean, although a potential upgrade would be to have them in the unit. We can't say enough about how comfortable and home-like the condo was. We enjoyed time at the boardwalk, go carting, mini-golfing, took a dolphin/snorkel cruise, and went to the gulfarium. The boys also enjoyed the teen night at Fudpuckers. We are grateful for such a fantastic experience and would definitely return!

We really loved this place. It was supplied well, clean and pretty. You need a car to get around in Destin, but things were close. Beach was lovely, and the grounds of the condo were being worked on when we were there, so I assume they will be pretty when complete.

The house was everything we expected and more. It was very clean. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, glasses etc. The view was breathtaking. Every thing we needed was no farther than a 5 mile radius. The pool was beautiful and clean. The beach was beautiful as well. It was colder than expected so we weren't able to spend as much time as we would have liked. Needless to say we can't wait to plan our next vacation to Destin. My son thoroughly enjoyed his 16th birthday celebration.

We stayed for 8 nights and would have gladly stayed longer. The pool and beach are close and convenient and the condo is in a great location (very close to good restaurants and grocery stores). This is our second year staying in Unit 710. We have 2 young children and this condo is perfect for families. There were updates to the condo since our last visit (ceiling fans, new decor, etc.). The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need. There is a nice screened in porch with a great view of the ocean. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The condo is in a great location, just steps to the beach and close to many restaurants and stores - we loved having Target right down the street, especially with little ones. We loved our stay and will be back again next year!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our almost 2 year old. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. There is a big tv in the living area and nice TVs in both of the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you would need for a week (or longer!) at the beach. There is a beautiful view of the beach from the porch, making it a favorite spot for all of us! Our little one loved going out to watch the boats from the porch and we enjoyed having the porch to sit on while she napped during the day. It takes no time at all to walk to the pool and beach, which was really nice with a toddler in tow! There are also very convenient laundry facilities in the building that came in handy. We stayed for 8 days and were so comfortable here that we could have stayed much longer. I highly recommend this condo to both couples and families! We will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of staying in this unit at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club March 15-22, 2014. It is a lovely condo, newly redecorated and perfectly situated directly on the beach. The place is tastefully decorated, very clean, and has everything necessary to cook and serve full meals. It has two bedrooms and two full baths. The living area feels spacious and there is a nice dining area with a large table and six chairs. There is a very inviting screened in balcony porch overlooking the Gulf with table and chairs---a perfect place for morning coffee and pre-dinner cocktails. Free wifi has a reliable and fast connection. The building itself is well-kept and offers tennis courts, a large heated pool, exercise room, and shuffleboard for guests. There are well-tended laundry facilities on two of the seven floors and the washers and dryers are large capacity. There is plenty of convenient parking and carts to use to unload the car on arrival. The building and surroundings are gated and we felt very secure and comfortable while there. The beach is gorgeous with white sand and the water sparkly emerald, blue and clear. This condo is convenient to everything---restaurants, fast food, shopping, grocery stores, a movie theater, ice cream places...you name it. Yet it's quiet in the condo and a nice refuge. It is an excellent spot for couples and families alike. We had a great time here and would recommend this unit to anyone interested in a laid back beach vacation on Florida's beautiful Gulf coast. My husband and I hope to return next year or sooner!
