This immaculately clean condo has two bedrooms and two baths. The condo boasts a DOUBLE MASTER setup with KING beds in each room including their own full bathrooms, and there's is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. This is one of the ONLY condos with IN ROOM washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and the decor is tasteful and updated. This 7th floor unit has a balcony with excellent gulf views, perfect for enjoying evenings outside, and you are high enough to see the city, beach, water, everything!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club #707 is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. With an elevator located in the lobby for your convenience, this destination is sure to please!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Amenities featured are the seasonally heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms and saunas. There is free wifi in the lobby and pool areas. There are also coin operated Laundry facilities.

The pool is pristine - the Holiday Surf and Racquet maintenance staff are State of Florida Certified Pool Operators and have received training to ensure the cleanest pool in this area year after year.

Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year!

In order to make your stay more affordable, NO beach service is provided. Beach service can be purchased from the front desk for a nominal fee.

Temporary structures, including, but not limited to, towed house trailers, houseboats, tents, or temporary structures of any kind are prohibited on Holiday Isle, except to the extent set forth herein. Umbrellas are permitted on the beaches in a manner consistent with these Covenants provided that their use is in compliance with state and local laws and regulations. Set up of umbrellas can occur only after beach cleaning has been completed. Umbrellas shall not exceed 8 feet in diameter.

Area Attractions:

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Location was great! We were able to see the beach from our balcony. Communication with host was great and everything was explained very well. The check in process was so easy and the property itself is super nice. This is definitely a place we will come back to. Having the washer and dryer in our room made things so much easier! Plenty of linens were provided in the room and the beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was great in both showers and at the kitchen sink which is so nice because sometimes that can be an issue at some locations. We also loved being able to walk straight out to the beach. It made things so much easier with kids.

Our group of 5 really liked the place! Was the perfect size for us and in a great location. We loved the easy access to the beach. The place was clean and just what we needed. The beds could be a little more comfortable. They caved a little when you laid on them. But we still enjoyed our stay.

Beach was clean. Condo was off the beaten path, which we prefer, but only a few minutes drive to everything. Enjoyed daily walks through the neighborhood. Beach chairs and umbrella available in the condo was great. Furniture and mattress were dated and quite worn out, but acceptable for a week.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Very quiet area. Only con is there’s not anything in walking distance but that’s my fault for not checking into that more closely. If you’re looking for somewhere more quiet to stay, this is a great place. While nothing was within walking distance, everything you could want/need is just a short drive/Uber trip. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!
