This immaculately clean condo has two bedrooms and two baths. The condo boasts a DOUBLE MASTER setup with KING beds in each room including their own full bathrooms, and there's is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. This is one of the ONLY condos with IN ROOM washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and the decor is tasteful and updated. This 7th floor unit has a balcony with excellent gulf views, perfect for enjoying evenings outside, and you are high enough to see the city, beach, water, everything!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Amenities featured are the seasonally heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms and saunas. There is free wifi in the lobby and pool areas. There are also coin operated Laundry facilities.
The pool is pristine - the Holiday Surf and Racquet maintenance staff are State of Florida Certified Pool Operators and have received training to ensure the cleanest pool in this area year after year.
Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year!
In order to make your stay more affordable, NO beach service is provided. Beach service can be purchased from the front desk for a nominal fee.

Temporary structures, including, but not limited to, towed house trailers, houseboats, tents, or temporary structures of any kind are prohibited on Holiday Isle, except to the extent set forth herein. Umbrellas are permitted on the beaches in a manner consistent with these Covenants provided that their use is in compliance with state and local laws and regulations. Set up of umbrellas can occur only after beach cleaning has been completed. Umbrellas shall not exceed 8 feet in diameter.
Area Attractions:
If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Our group of 5 really liked the place! Was the perfect size for us and in a great location. We loved the easy access to the beach. The place was clean and just what we needed. Relaxing stay
Beach was clean. Condo was off the beaten path, which we prefer, but only a few minutes drive to everything. Enjoyed daily walks through the neighborhood. Great place to stay! Very comfortable. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Very quiet area. Only con is there’s not anything in walking distance but that’s my fault for not checking into that more closely. If you’re looking for somewhere more quiet to stay, this is a great place. We'll be back!
Property location in Destin was great! Grounds were clean, beach was amazing. The condo itself was very nice, awesome view on the balcony for morning coffee. If there was one downfall it was the trip from the condo to the beach, it took about 20 minutes one way, so if you forgot something up there and had to go back up, it was about a 40 minute roundtrip. Great location if you are looking for oceanfront and an active day of swimming, tennis or pickle ball. Condos also have great views of the water, dolphins and pelicans. Sand is white and the ocean is emerald green. We had a lovely week and will be coming back.- Reviewed On: 4/16/2022

Awesome place, great views and location. Highly recommend Louisiana restaurant right down the road, food was delicious.
There is an umbrella and two beach chairs in the guest bedroom closet. If you go downstairs you can rent a set up for the day for $43 for the day.
Kitchen provides a blender and coffee maker as well as wine opener etc.

Enjoyable Time at the Beach
We recently visited for a 4 day trip. The listing was accurate, clean, well maintained, and nice. However, just a tip - booking through a third party does not come with complimentary beach chair service, but if you book directly through the condo, it does. Otherwise, it is a fight to get a front row spot on the beach as the rental chairs take up the entire portion of the beach in front of the condo.- Reviewed On: 8/9/2021

Get away.

Great Location
I loved everything about the room except the location of the TVs. They were mounted on the wall about 6 inches from the ceiling and it made for an awkward way of holding your head and looking up for long periods of time. Unfortunately we were here when Hurricane Sally hit so we spent a lot of time in the room. Otherwise, the room was great!- Reviewed On: 9/25/2020

Great location!
Our family stayed for the 4th of July week and had a great time. We had issues with the dishwasher and it was repaired quickly. The condo was very clean and balcony view was amazing! We watched fireworks from the beach just outside our condo and no crowds.- Reviewed On: 7/22/2020
