Enjoy the luxurious king master and en suite, upgraded to host a rain shower head. As well, you’ll find sleeper sofas to accommodate 5 guests in the condo comfortably. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Amenities featured are the seasonally heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms and saunas. There is free wifi in the lobby and pool areas. There are also coin operated Laundry facilities. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year!

Temporary structures, including, but not limited to, towed house trailers, houseboats, tents, or temporary structures of any kind are prohibited on Holiday Isle, except to the extent set forth herein. Umbrellas are permitted on the beaches in a manner consistent with these Covenants provided that their use is in compliance with state and local laws and regulations. Set up of umbrellas can occur only after beach cleaning has been completed. Umbrellas shall not exceed 8 feet in diameter.

Area Attractions:

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Our stay was great, fast easy check in and all gate codes were sent to us well ahead of time … This was a long overdue wedding anniversary trip to celebrate 25 yrs and could not have been better … The property was great location and the staff was all top notch… Also the staff with Real joy was always quick to respond to any emails or text and was pleased to help … Thank you for an amazing time and we will certainly look to return just hopefully not take 25 years lol … Thank you again …

Much needed Anniversary get away

The property was in a great location with a great view of the ocean and the bay was just behind us… The RealJoy Vacations handled our reservations and was top notch on communicating what we needed upon arrival with gate and door codes… I believe it was Kyle that was our contact and he was very quick to respond to any questions via text or email … The people at the property was very pleasant and welcoming…. The hotel was clean, the hosts were friendly, and the location was convenient. I liked being able to stay on the beach and walk down from the room on to the boardwalk straight to the beach. Awesome Beach Vacation

I stayed with my 16-year-old granddaughter and we had a great time! The sand was like sugar and it wasn't hot to walk on! The area was beautiful. We enjoyed several fun local restaurants and got rolled ice cream. I will go back!

Great little condo for my husband and me! Everything was clean and as pictured. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and saw lots of dolphins every day during our stay! Close driving distance to restaurants and also a Target and Winn Dixie for groceries/supplies. Listing says this unit will accommodate 5 people but unless 3 of those 5 people are children, it would be a tight fit for more than two adults. There is only one bathroom and one bedroom with king size bed and then pullouts in the couch and chair in the living room. We enjoyed our stay!
