This brand-new development is right across from Goatfeather's Seafood Restaurant and an easy walk to beach access. Rent some bikes and enjoy a pleasant bike ride along the nearby Scenic Highway 30A bike path.

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its own distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces, and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views. 30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our first trip to Florida and it was amazing! Our place was spectacular and the area was quaint. The Tug bikes and golf cart made our daily trip to the beach super easy. It was an easy 10 minute walk from our condo to our spot on the beach.- Reviewed On: 8/16/2025

We stayed here for 9 nights and 8 days as a family of 5 plus our fur child. The location is very close to a few different public beach access points. You could either walk to one just 5 -10 mins away or drive a short drive to a different location. It’s about a five min drive to blue mountain beach, 15 to Grayton beach, and it’s close to Topsail State Park. The condo itself is beautiful and clean. It provided us with enough space to feel comfy and if needed there was a pullout sofa for additional sleeping space, the kitchen was stocked with dishes and things we could throw together a quick meal. There was beach gear to use such as chairs, a cooler, and shovels. The golf cart was nice to take around town or to the beach and is easier to find parking when places are crowded. I asked about of questions and got answers without feeling like a bother. This place provided us a much needed great vacation just before the start of school. We’re so glad we found this place. The location is right where we like to be. Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. We loved having the golf cart and bikes! We will be back
We enjoyed the condo! There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Close to the beach but we did enjoy the golf cart that was included. Property manager was great. Very accommodating. They checked with the owner and we were allowed to bring our dogs which made the trip even better. We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described- we loved being so close to two beach accesses and the golf cart was such a wonderful amenity! My family and I go to the beach for Thanksgiving week every year. We have never stayed in this complex but we will for sure be going back this was a great location very short walk to the beach and to shopping and restaurants located in Gulf Place community. Great swimming pool and work out facility gated community felt very safe. We would recommend this condo to everyone.
