Dune Our Thing is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

I stayed from8/9-12/24 we had a great time. Every thing was nice. I actually didn't need to reach out to the host because they did such a great job with everything from the email. Once you get in it was very spacious and we had already planned or trip before we got there. The pool and hot tub was very nice as well. I would come back and stay here again.

This was a well kept place big enough for two small families. We loved our stay. The screened in patio was a favorite and it was well equipped with beach supplies which was great so we didn't have to travel in them. The beds were comfy and it was about a ten minute walk to the beach. The pool was great and we all had a blast. Thank you for sharing your place.

We loved staying here for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 (one being an infant) and we enjoyed being able to cook in the well furnished kitchen plus grilling area nearby, eating together at the large dining table where we also were able to play games, and early mornings on the screened in deck. We were impressed with the resort and the ease it was getting to the beach with the golf cart service. The resort also has a nice pool that we enjoyed. Thank you for being such a fabulous host!

The place was beautiful and had everything you could need including beach chairs, boogie boards and pool toys for the kids. The pool was amazing and really close to the unit. Only thing I would say is if you have small children under 5 the spiral stairs are a little dangerous. I kept my 3 year old down stairs the whole time.

Best place we’ve ever rented! It’s was beautiful with beautiful landscaping. The pool and hot tub were right next to the beach house. The beach was within walking distance and you could call the security gate to have them pick you up in a golf cart to get a ride to the beach. White, soft sand and clear beautiful water. It was such a nice beach! All the beach stuff was provided too.

Very pleased with the overall location and beach access. Hidden Dunes is a beautiful and peaceful community. We would definitely stay again!
The cottage was as described and we appreciated the availability of a fully equipped kitchen as we cooked most of our family meals.
The screened in patio was one of our favorite places to gather and enjoy.
The cottage had beach chairs and other items to use which was nice!
Only complaint was we ran out of toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom provided and it was low quality) and we were only provided 2 dishwasher tabs for a 5-day stay.
