The fourth floor location was nice for ability see action from the beach and the doors filtered out noise from outdoors. The unit and decor was tasteful with lots of room to spread out. We ran into numerous maintenance issues. The microwave was broken and the replacement microwave was also broken. The vent fan on the stove was inoperable. We received one parking pass (with a second pass for different unit/name). The guest bath had no plug for young children to use bathtub. The ground was oily and slick when we arrived. The dryer was clogged and after running clothes several times was still damp. Only one elevator was operable (second awaiting parts) leading to long waits and at one point both elevators were down. Some issues were resolved during our stay- sent new microwave, maintenance fixed dryer, plug for bath. My main concern was difficulty communicating with host. RealJoy staff said decisions were up to management who were always out of office including business hours.

The condo was wonderful. It is spacious with great views.
Beds were comfortable and the large laundry room was nice to have. Love the large deck/porch. Very nice furniture both outside and inside. It was exceptionally clean as well. Real Joy was a “joy” to work with. We will rent from them again. A couple improvements could be made on the amount of hand soap placed in the condo. One small round bar per bathroom isn’t enough. And only one kitchen towel. There were plenty of bath towels, however. The only other down side is wish there was a hot tub on the premises. But those are minor issues. Wonderful place. Will stay there again.

We have rented several units at Hidden Dunes through RealJoy and will do so again in the future. Their properties are always well decorated, clean, and safe. Plus, having RealJoy staff available in the building is great in case you run into any issues. 403 Hidden Dunes is a great condo in every way. The view is awesome, the condo is very nice, and the location couldn't be better.

Condo was just as pictured. Great views of the ocean/beach. Located on the lower lagoon end so the beach wasn’t crowded with it being spring break. 15-20 minutes from pier park. 1.5 miles to St Andrews state park.

This was our first time staying in PCB. We drove up the coast, from a hs senior trip in Treasure Island, to squeeze in family time before heading back to WI. Given it was spring break we were happy to see this unit was in the "family" area of PCB. The beach was filled with families and not over crowded at all. The chairs & umbrellas that came with the unit were perfect to protect our WI skin from burning anymore;) The unit itself had the most beautiful views! Sunsets were breathtaking. The condo is very spacious, yet homey and comfortable. We only stayed for a few nights, wishing we arrived sooner. Kitchen had all that you need. I'd suggest offering more than 1 dish towel and dish rag. The dish towel is thin and gets wet after a couple uses. Having a supply of 2-3 in the drawers would be helpful. Also extra linens, so we could have used the extra pillows in the closet. All and all this unit is beyond beautiful! We had a great time and hope to visit again!

We loved the spacious condo, very roomy and well decorated, I love the easy access to beach. The only thing that is not so great is the having to wait to check in so late in day , coming from a check out of 10am. from Destin, FL having to wait all day til 4 pm, then again an early check out of your place by 10am. on day of having to drive back home to Texas.

First vacation away with friends and this condo was the perfect size for us to be able to bring two families together. We loved the easy access to the pool, the beach chairs that come with the rental, and the back veranda for morning coffee and evening night caps. We would stay here again!

Just simply beautiful- the condo and the views. We spent a week at Hidden Dunes 403. The condo was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Our family of 8 never felt crowded- our 3 year old granddaughter even lost her mom in the condo because it was so big! The Real Joy hosts were extremely friendly and so helpful. Thanks for letting us share paradise. Now back to the heat and humidity in Missouri. Have a blessed summer.

I fell in love when I walked through the door. The views were amazing and watching the sunset was even better. The entire condo was spotless. My family had a great time, my son didn’t want to leave. When it rained we stayed in and had a game night with the games they had. The staff was very friendly. We’ve already started planning to return in the summer.

This place left like home. It was so beautifully decorated and the view was simply breathtaking from so many areas inside the condo. The beds were comfortable as well. We loved our stay here so much we tried to extend a few extra days but it was unavailable. Next time we will stay longer.
The only thing we wish we had known in advance was that the dishwasher was not working. That wasn’t a major issues for us though because washing dishes with that view wasn’t bad at all. The kitchen cookware could use updated. The pots and pans were very used.
Overall we loved our stay here and we will definitely be back. Our kids asked if we could just live there. Until next time! Thank you to an amazing vacation.

The condo was big, clean, in a beautiful and quiet location and was all around comfortable. The evening sunset views were breathtaking, and the deck/patio is huge with plenty of seating for our group of 7 adults. The beds were great in all of the bedrooms with lots of extra pillows and extra beddings. The closet in the main bedroom was AMAZING as was the shower. The counter height in the main bedroom was very tall and I struggled to use the sink comfortably (for reference I'm 5'3"); not a problem just thought it might be helpful for future guests who are also vertically challenged. Bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of towels in each! The kitchen was well equipped and even had crock-pots which was great. There was only 1 hand towel and 1 small dish towel though so we had to to use bathroom towels in the kitchen but it worked out ok. A sponge or something to wash dishes would have been great! Also there were no potholders, and only 1 spatula/flipper that was a big metal one for a grill - not the end of the world and we made it work but it would have been nice to have to use in the kitchen. Parking was easy, elevators were speedy fast, the pool was fantastic and the walkway to the beach was clean and short. Having 4 beach chairs included in the rental was awesome and so appreciated. We had brought some games from home but it was fun to find some already there so we had a nice variety! Overall fantastic trip and we would definitely consider this unit again!

This property was everything a family could want on vacation, as it offers several amenities that accommodates the entire family from the pool lounger to the beach lover. My family and I had a wonderful week, and we plan to return soon.

My family and I were beyond impressed by this unit. It is spacious, decorated very nicely, and was in a perfect spot for a view of the sunset. I like to cook when I go to the beach and was so happy to see that there were lots of pots, pans, utensils, cups and plates. The laundry room was another great feature and very much appreciated. The unit is also conveniently located right in front of the elevator, and we never heard any noise which was a relief. The other guests were very respectful as well. The property is family friendly but also good for the older crowd as well. We love to go to Saint Andrews State Park, which I encourage you to visit, you can even rent a pontoon boat. The unit comes with four chairs with umbrellas, so if you don’t feel like leaving you have everything you need right outside the door. I enjoyed the fact that the property is in a quieter part of Panama City Beach. You still have plenty of options in regards to food and fun though. I have to give major props to the people at Real Joy Vacations…..Especially Lisa. We live about 4 1/2 hours away and as soon as we got home we realized my husband left his shirts in the closet. We called Real Joy and Hidden Dunes and everyone promptly assisted us and located the shirts. They were kind enough to partner with UPS and ensure our items are returned to us. Before we even left we were thinking of when we want to come back to the specific unit. I’ve been coming to Panama City Beach for decades and this was probably my best trip.

Excellent accommodations. Condo was perfect with many extras. Thoroughly enjoyed having the 4 beach chairs every day included. Balcony was especially big with many chairs. Condo looked just as pictured. We’ve always stayed near Pier Park with horrendous traffic. Hidden Dunes area was much much better. Management was especially friendly. Condo had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Would love to go back.

My family and I loved this condo. We were impressed with the quality and style of decor. We felt at home in this environment. Mattresses were very comfortable. We all had restful sleep. I have recommended this condo to friends for their family vacation. The only disappointment was not having screens for the doorwalls. We never use air when we have a nice breeze. I missed that option.
