Hidden Dunes 1803

RealJoy was a pleasure to deal with. We had some air conditioning problems for two nights during the heatwave in Panama City Beach and they were in the same night bringing in portable units for us and even gave us some $ back for our inconvenience - true gems. Both of the units we stayed in during our time were clean, stocked with essentials and exactly how it was pictured. We will be booking with them next year :)

I booked this property for a "Girls trip" with 4 of my close friends & wanted to pick a place that was on the beach and accommodated the ones that wanted their own bedroom and bathroom. The front door to the property was the first thing we saw when the elevator doors opened which made it so easy & not have a long trek to the property with all of our supplies & luggage. The property was spacious & the view from the balcony was GORGEOUS!! Right on the beach! The ceiling fan in the primary bedroom would not work & I messaged the host and they sent maintenance up to check it out & the property owner approved for them to install a new ceiling fan in timely manner. Smooth & easy! The host was great at recommending local businesses to contact to schedule beach chairs & other experiences for our group. One of the fun things we did while in Panama City Beach was booking a tiki sunset cruise with Cruisin Tikis! Such a FUN experience & Captain Dave was GREAT!! Thank you for such a great stay!!

Great place for a family of 8! We all had enough room to cook dinners and lounge around without being on top of each other. For being in the 18th floor the elevators were great and felt like we never had to wait very long. Everything was clean and maintained. Air stayed cool in all rooms. Just a great space and huge patio!! Happy with the pool area and beach area. I was surprised they didn’t have any extra pool/beach stuff left over from previous guest. Most my experiences with these types of air bnb have some left over and shared items. No biggie as it wasn’t advertised. Kitchen had everything needed and extra utensils. Great location. My entire family was super happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!! Oh. An added bonus for my mother who sometimes needs the use of a wheelchair is they had some for use on site. Also tons of luggage carts and carts to bring groceries up to your condo.

The condo is very spacious and the finishing touches on are lovely. The place was very clean, and there are two different types of coffee pots. this time they didn’t have but one dish towel and one washcloth for the kitchen. I had to hunt all over to find hand towels for the master bathroom. And there were absolutely zero potholders, which I did not realize until I went to take something out of the oven. 😕 They were there last year, so I’m not sure what happened, but you may want to bring your own

Lovely condo. Great spot on the beach in one of the lesser crowded areas of PCB. Plenty of room with 3 BR and 3 baths. Huge kitchen. We were all in the kitchen a couple of times cooking supper all together. Wonderful family vacation.

Condo was absolutely beautiful, and beach view was spectacular. Kitchen had all amenities you need for a big family. Enough linens and towels for everyone, but could have used a few more pillows and blankets. Realjoy was always responsive to any needs, and always friendly. Some good places to eat like Dat Cajun Place, Sharkeys, and a few others. Nice pool, quiet area, and private beach feeling. Saw jellyfish, sting ray, dolphins during our stay here. Highly recommend.
