Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

What can I say about this property. Staying in a 5 star resort a few yards from the beach is hard to beat. We had 4 generations of family in this plush 6br/6 bath unit with an elevator, theater room and its own pool on the top deck. We never really wanted to leave the property. Also the owner rented umbrellas and chairs on the beach for the entire season that guests can use. The management company was super responsive also. Overall a perfect and memorable vacation!!!!!

Amazing Property

We had a wonderful week at the villa with six adults and four grandchildren ages 3-10. There was plenty of room for us all to eat together and enjoy the outdoor covered patio in unit 2. The media theater was a hit with everyone . Our hosts were extremely accommodating ! The umbrella beach set up and pool were perfect . We loved the beds !

Gulf paradise

We had an amazing week in Destin. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were resolved promptly. Communication was easy with staff. Overall a very positive experience.

EPIC!

Six of my "Ride Or Die" sorority sister have been spending Spring Break together for 41 years! We were blessed when one of us owned a condo right next to you!As the Henderson Beach Villas were being built, I would watch from our window and say "One day I'm going to find out how I can make it happen for all of us to stay in one of the Villa/ Castles"!Well, TA DA! Henderson Beach Vila #2 was available! Not only did we celebrate 41 years together, but we all turn 60 this year! What a way to celebrate in class and style!I also want to Thank the entire staff who manage and maintain the property! You guys are the best in taking care of all of our needs or any questions we had! There not enough stars to rate our experience with you! Thank you from the bottom of our AOTT hearts!

Great family vacation!

Had my adult children and 5 grandchildren all for the week in Destin on this property. Kids ages were 7 months - age 13 and everyone enjoyed and had a great time. The beach access was perfect for our group.

Paradise Right On the Beach

This is our second time to stay at the condos, this unit was my favorite so far, the patio out back gives you privacy that the end ones do not provide. It's literally steps to the water and the beach is private, this is a game changer! Can't wait to go back. Dolphins right out front every morning. It is just paradise here.

Beautiful!

Amazing condo with plentiful space for 2 families to stretch out over the Christmas holiday. We couldn't believe how amazing the location with absolutely gorgeous view of the emerald coast. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Superb finishes. Just stunning! We would definitely rent again.

Family Beach Trip

Wonderful home for my growing family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Very good layout, very Spacious and clean. So convenient to step outside and a few steps to the beach. We used the outdoor area so much as well as our own pool upstairs we paid to be heated, the kids loved it. The kitchen was well equipped and having our own grill right outside was wonderful. We cooked everyday! The rental company was very accommodating. Very quick to respond. My children and Grandchildren hope to return!
