Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our stay was wonderful! The views from the balcony were breathtaking taking. The unit was very clean and had everything you need for an extended stay. We did have an issue with a pool key being missing, however within hours of notification a key was dropped off contactless to the unit. Great place and rental company!

Place was awesome and perfect location with a quick ride over to beach/baytown wharf. Just make sure to read the fine print as the golf cart is an extra cost per day even though ad makes it sound like it’s included.

The unit was great—comfortable seating and beds, terrific view, and quiet. It’s the top floor end unit, so there is not a lot of noise from neighbors at all. The AC worked great (it’s loud though). The communication was great as well. We didn’t have any issues but they checked in regularly. We’ve stayed in other units in Harbor Point in the past—this was one as good or better than the others. Would stay again!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay from check in to check out. The condo was absolutely spotless and felt just like home as soon as we walked it. The host was VERY responsive through text messagining and helped answer a lot of my questions even before we were officially in the area. Only thing was that the golf cart was not included and I wish that that was clarified before booking, but we were able to go without it. Highly recommend this place and if in the area in the future, would definitely book again.

Relaxing and peaceful. Property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Property was well located- at the end with good views of the marina and water- beautiful sunrises. Close proximity to the beach and shopping areas. We loved it! Only improvement could be the rooms could have blackout liners as sunrise was quite early.

The Hideaway was amazing. Although it wasn’t on the beach, which we knew already, everything was within driving distance with the golf cart. Really need experience as Harbourtown was about a 3 minute Golf cart Dr. to all of the restaurants, shopping, games, and fun of the complex. They had a zip line going across the entire Harbour town with all kinds of fun for young kids to enjoy. The adults had a great time as there were a restaurants and bars in Harbourtown, which made it a lot of fun. When we read reviews from the Harbor Hideaway, they said it was easy access to the beach, which it was. That’s all you had to do was drive under highway 98 through the tunnel, still on the Sandestin property, and there was plenty of parking for all the golf carts and a short walk to the beach. Make sure you bring your own ice chests, which was the only thing that they didn’t provide. They had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and blowups at the condo to throw into the golf cart to bring to beach.

This is very nice and conveniently located to everything. The golf cart was great and I would recommend it to anyone. The place was clean and spacious. We were advised before our arrival that there would a company there to put a new dishwasher in and the time frame. They were there and gone in that time frame. We also enjoyed Baytown Wharf, able to travel to the beach by golf cart , which was less then a 5 minute drive on the golf cart. Our boys enjoyed the basketball courts , as they are both basketball players. The beach was great for evening walks. The place was great and would recommend it to everyone. Thank You!

Everything went great. The issue we had was the patio umbrella was broke but a email was sent and they responded quickly. They offered to bring another umbrella right away but we didn’t spend a lot of time on the deck, as there was many activities to do. The place was great and conveniently located for our needs. Place was clean and well kept. Management company was very responsive. Only issue is with golf cart. First, I wouldn’t list it in the title as it looks like it is included in the rental, not a separate charge. Secondly, the instructions online and in the binder in the rental are inaccurate. It says it is in a parking spot with the address number when it isn’t. However, overall great experience.

As pictured. Quiet upstairs condo, clean, plenty of bath towels and wash cloths, had dish soap and detergent. Bring your own laundry detergent! Washer and dryer were clean and worked well. Golf cart as pictured and was fantastic to get around in. Can take it to the beach and grocery store as well as restaurants. Highly recommend!
