The open-concept second floor features the main living area, including a bright and inviting living room, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals with ease, plus a large balcony with extra seating where you can relax and take in the ocean breeze. The first floor offers a private and comfortable sleeping layout, including a king master suite with an en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower, an additional king bedroom, hallway twin-over-twin bunks, and a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo along with a separate rinse-off area—perfect after a day at the beach. You’ll also find a convenient coffee bar, washer and dryer, and a fenced-in back patio with a grill for outdoor dining. Upstairs, there’s another king bedroom, a bonus hangout space with a twin bed, and a queen sleeper sofa, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for everyone. Some “must see, must try” area attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark, putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, and bumper boats! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop, or the Whiteknuckle Rapids. A trip to Shell Island is another fun family adventure. Take a ferry or rent a boat. Interested in outdoor adventures? Stop by St. Andrews State Park, visit the Jetties, and snorkel your way through the clear waters where you can interact with fish and beautiful ocean life!

Rosemary Beach is only 3.5 miles away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old-World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends.
