It was as good as was described in the listing. Great location, everything we could have wanted. Beach was actually our back yard. Furnished nice with lots of cooking utilities and plenty of room. I would recommend this to anyone visiting PCB and needing a beach house.

This place is a real 5 star, the only complaints I have is the upstairs master bedroom door was off the hinges and the upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom sliding doors were broken, not very much parking we really had to squeeze, and with 8 people and 4 vehicles it was going to be hard if we hadn’t drove by the week before we would not have known how tight the driveway was and had to ride share, other than that this place was absolutely perfect close beach access, big house, lots of space and would love to book this one again!

The house was spacious and just like the pictures. My family and I loved that the beach was so close. It could have been cleaned just a bit better and the grass around the path needed to be cut out back as it was very tall and hanging in the path. There were some other minor issues but it is a truly lovely house next to the ocean on the quiet side of the beach.

Very clean, spacious, and convenient, with all the furnishings, utensils, etc. needed for our 5-day trip. The space was very comfortable and spacious for a group of 7 people, and could easily have fit one or two more without feeling crowded. The proximity to the beach was the showstopper that made the difference between a good vacation and a great location. You really can't get any closer. Just open the back door and you practically step out onto the beach. If you're anything like me, the back patio and primary bedroom balcony both have "morning coffee overlooking the ocean" written all over them.

House was great just needs a mini split ac unit for downstairs bedroom it was uncomfortably warm all week glad I brought my own fan so it was bearable other than that perfect

Great space, with beach access right off the back porch. I generally don't like to stay in anything other than a full house, but this spacious duplex/townhouse is well maintained, private from the adjoining unit, private parking, and an empty lot on the other side. It's literally on one of the most recognizable streets in the area(I lived in the area for almost a year, and EVERYONE knows the road. Much better price point than a full beachfront house, but FEELS like a full beachfront house. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to stay longer. I was in town for a few meetings, and can't stand staying in a crowded condo.
Also, I really love waking up to see the beautiful beach as soon as I open my eyes from the master bedroom.

I was in town for work. The home was exactly as described, easy to find, and the hosts were extremely proactive and helpful. No issues, but with as proactive and responsive as they are, I feel confident that they would handle things quickly.
My favorite part was the views though. Beach front, easy access to the beach, and just absolutely stunning to wake up and see the water.

Hanging Out was a great house. The location was perfect for our family with 5 children ages 1 to 8.
The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed.

We have a large family with many littles so it was wonderful to have enough rooms and beds to accommodate us. Having such a short walk to the beach allowed our family the flexibility we needed to plan around nap times and different bedtimes for our littles and teens. The home was very clean and welcoming. The location was amazing. Off season there was the most tranquil experience we have ever had. It’s almost impossible to dislike anything about Hanging Out. If I had to say anything negative, which is hard to do, it would be: Broil doesn’t seem to work on the oven, the kitchen sink has trouble with getting hot water at times, the dishwasher buttons are unreadable and a couple of the chairs on the bottom deck need replaced. These are minor things. This house is truly amazing and everyone should stay here if they have the opportunity.

We had a terrific time, enjoyed our stay. House is located on the beach. Just a few steps and you're on the beach. Driveway needs opened up for better parking, house sleeps 10 but parking for 2 vehicles, need room for 4, just a thought. Overall, its a great place to stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. It is in a great location, steps away from the beach, central to everything, and overall a great set up for us. Our mother was handicapped and we were able to keep her on the ground floor which was helpful. The rest of the family was able to comfortably use the upstairs. other than a problem with the fridge which was resolved quickly we had no real issues.

This townhome was as advertised. We had a amazing stay and this part of the beach was great and fantastic accessibility! If there is anything negative i would replace the side tables on patio that are deteriorating and small grill for the size house. But is not enough from me coming back! House gets an A!

This was our first experience staying in a beach house instead of a condo or resort. It Did NOT disappoint. It was such a joy for us having the beach in the back yard. They provided everything we needed and it was clean upon arrival. We had plenty of room for the 9 of us. The only critique we would provide would be for the owner to install some blackout curtains for the windows. The light prevented us from sleeping in past 8am. We were in EST so this was normally 7AM for us, which is pretty early for us. This was literally the only negative thing we could say. If we go back to panama, this would be where we would stay. 5 Stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
