Only negative comment I have is that the AC thermostat was locked upon arrival and required a call to fix it. Very quick and fast fix! The rest of the stay was perfect, right in the beach! I would do this condo again!

This unit was great! We’ve stayed in another unit at this complex previously, but 318 was a much nicer unit. So clean and well-appointed. The gulf view from the balcony was the best—that can be very rare in complexes that are across the road from the beach. The beach chairs and small cooler that were provided with the unit were such a helpful touch. We brought our own, but the ones in the unit were better! Definitely a great stay for our little beach getaway.

We absolutely loved staying here! The beach is across the street and a delicious coffee place is down the road. The place was very clean and felt like home. There was an issue with the bathroom light which Real Joy sent out someone to fix right away. Before someone was there to fix it, there was a lamp which offered ample lighting. We will be staying there again!

We spent Spring Break here. Pros: The unit is absolutely beautiful. It's an impressive space and was very clean. The view out the back is incredible and the location is excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. The property managers are responsive. The beautiful beach is steps away. Cons: You're on the second of 4 floors and will hear noise from upstairs. We unfortunately had a very sick kid on vacation and the noise at night (despite 2 loud noise machines) was very frustrating after 10 pm. The pool is not heated and was absolutely freezing. All of the rooms could use additional blankets. We were very cold at night despite adjusting the thermostat. We actually ended up buying more blankets. Parking is strictly limited so be sure you will only need to park two cars. The place is locked up like Fort Knox, which could be viewed as both a pro and a con, but to go do anything you're entering a code at the gate, a code at the front door, a code at the elevator and a code to your unit. And no they aren't all the same code. All of us found that to be really annoying- especially if your hands are full. Sending and receiving calls and at times texts was an issue for most of us- you will have to go outside for calls. I'm trying to leave a really honest review but I do want to be clear that this is a really lovely place.

We had a lovely time at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything in Miramar Beach. It was quiet and relaxing. It looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen is a bit small for those planning on cooking a lot. However, everything else was great. The beach access is right across the street! There are many delicious restaurants in the area within walking distance. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful unit with updated furnishings and decor. Small balcony had a pool view and there was easy access to the private beach for guests right across the street. All of our check-in and out instructions were very clear and sent well ahead of time. The condo was very clean and most of the typical amenities were provided. Just a note, that if you’re there for an extended time, laundry service is shared with the complex. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved it!! Location is perfect. Gated private beach is literally steps from the condo. We walked to a different restaurant each night. Condo is extremely clean and quiet. 2 swimming pools. Destin commons and the outlet mall are both less than 5 mins away. If you are considering a beach vacation Miramar Beach is the only place to be. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay! It was our first time at Gulfview, we usually stay at a condo unit up the street. This is now our favorite spot. The location is great, with beach access only steps away. Great coffee shops and eateries all over within minutes. The condo is spacious and well kept. There was enough room for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 young boys.) Linens and towels were fresh, and everything was clean and ready upon our arrival. Checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Gulf View! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our two sons enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds and we had plenty of space during our down time. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and we appreciated the homey touches & cute decor. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking essentials. The best part was the location! Easy quick walk to the beach. We had private access to the beach which meant less crowds. We will definitely book this condo for our next trip to Destin. As far as the reviews about the mattress in bedroom, it is not the most comfortable. It is on the firmer side and we honestly think it may be a full and not a queen. However, I slept well after long days on the beach. Also, there were plenty of towels underneath the sink in the bathroom.

I give EVERYTHING 5 stars!! This is my first time ever coming to the beach & I will definitely be coming back here! The host were responsive when I had questions, the place was SO CLEAN & bright, comfortable & peaceful !! Had 2 beach chairs like it said in the description, plenty of everything you need (towels, rags, pillows, cups, plates, bowls , pots , pans, etc.) I'm so glad we booked with RealJoy , it was definitelya wonderful first time experience! Thank yall so much! Also , to add.. I HAVE TO HAVE a fan when I sleep & they even had one in the bedroom if you wanted to use 😁

This place was perfect! Quiet complex right across the beach. Was in a good location in regards to restaurants, shops and a grocery store. One night we walked down to Captain Dave’s for dinner (was only a 4 minute walk) and had an amazing dinner. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

The PERFECT location, very clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked but no salt or pepper so be prepared to bring that if you’re going to cook. There were some beach chairs to use, so that was great to have. The staff was very quick to respond and made everything so easy!!

The condo was a nice surprise. It was a corner unit overlooking the pool. Everything was clean & well kept. The kitchen was nicely stocked. It was a very short, easy walk to the beach. The only issues we ran into was there wasn’t enough sheets, blankets, & pillow cases for the fold out couch. The 1 extra sheet & pillow case I found (in a clothes basket) was very dirty & stained. Also, The thermostat wouldn’t stay set on 70. Often times we would return to the room & it wld be back to 74/76, which is WAY to hot for the beach!

I have been to Destin numerous times and have stayed in many different houses and condos, but this was one of my favorites. The location is perfect- right across the road from the beach and you can even see the ocean from the condo. It was within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants. The two pools on the property were very handy and never too crowded when we were there. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Overall, this condo was perfect for my wife and me. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This condo was perfect for our stay! It fit 6 people comfortably. Perfect location and the private beach was beautiful. It was on the 3rd floor so kind of tiring when you are 7 months pregnant, but everything thing else was more than we could have hoped for. I see a lot of negative reviews about the WiFi, but we didn’t even notice. We spent most of our time outside enjoying our beautiful surroundings!

This condo was amazing! We were concerned it may be too small before we arrived but were pleasantly surprised when we did. The condo was very spacious and extremely clean! We loved the decor and the area it was in. It was just steps from a private beach and close to many restaurants and stores. The pool area was clean and close to our condo as the laundry area was also. I loved that this condo was on the end as it had 2 balconies and also had a gate to gain access to it. The bed was comfortable and we had some of the best nights sleep we've had in awhile. The bunks were wide enough that actually 2 people could sleep in 1 bunk if need be. We come to the Destin area regularly and would gladly stay in this condo again!

My family had a great time even though it rained the whole time we were here. The condo was nice and clean and spacious enough for us to lay around and relax while we hid from the rain. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go on the beach bc of the rain, but we did get to see the huge waves from our condo window and balcony.

Property was well maintained. Decor was very up to date and beach like. Our children enjoyed the hidden bunk beds. Laundry was $1.75 per load for washer and dryer. Great unit location in relation to the beach. Literally a short walk across the street. Corner unit that still offered views of the beach. There’s a building obstructing full view. Would stay here again!
