Gulfview II 318 is in an amazing location that is only 100 steps to the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach! The kitchen is fully equipped and even includes a crock pot! Ideal for couples or families, this unit sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in the master, hallway bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo also has 2 beach chairs inside for guest use. With 200 ft of private beach, a pool, a jacuzzi and grilling area, partial gulf views, you can relax in this quiet, family-oriented private resort with everything you need for the ultimate Florida vacation!

Gulfview Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach and a refreshing pool all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Gulfview is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property. Please be advised that the use of golf carts is strictly prohibited within this complex, any golf carts found on the premises will be towed at the guest's expense. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and convenience of all residents and visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water-sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Here you will find wind surfing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. Of course you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's more then 100 eateries! Restaurants here range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This our 3rd time staying at Gulfview, but our first time to stay with RealJoy. We enjoyed our stay. The one problem that we has was addressed quickly and the host was very responsive.

Condo was very suitable for our family of three. Quick access to beach which was just accross the street. Beach chairs where a bonus. Air-conditioning was working properly in April, also wifi. Service provider has made a good documentation about things to do nearby, where to eat ice. I would recommend this place to a friend, easily. p.s two car parking badges where available to the premises.

Only negative comment I have is that the AC thermostat was locked upon arrival and required a call to fix it. Very quick and fast fix! The rest of the stay was perfect, right in the beach! I would do this condo again!

This unit was great! We’ve stayed in another unit at this complex previously, but 318 was a much nicer unit. So clean and well-appointed. The gulf view from the balcony was the best—that can be very rare in complexes that are across the road from the beach. The beach chairs and small cooler that were provided with the unit were such a helpful touch. We brought our own, but the ones in the unit were better! Definitely a great stay for our little beach getaway.

We absolutely loved staying here! The beach is across the street and a delicious coffee place is down the road. The place was very clean and felt like home. There was an issue with the bathroom light which Real Joy sent out someone to fix right away. Before someone was there to fix it, there was a lamp which offered ample lighting. We will be staying there again!

We spent Spring Break here. Pros: The unit is absolutely beautiful. It's an impressive space and was very clean. The view out the back is incredible and the location is excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. The property managers are responsive. The beautiful beach is steps away. Cons: You're on the second of 4 floors and will hear noise from upstairs. We unfortunately had a very sick kid on vacation and the noise at night (despite 2 loud noise machines) was very frustrating after 10 pm. The pool is not heated and was absolutely freezing. All of the rooms could use additional blankets. We were very cold at night despite adjusting the thermostat. We actually ended up buying more blankets. Parking is strictly limited so be sure you will only need to park two cars. The place is locked up like Fort Knox, which could be viewed as both a pro and a con, but to go do anything you're entering a code at the gate, a code at the front door, a code at the elevator and a code to your unit. And no they aren't all the same code. All of us found that to be really annoying- especially if your hands are full. Sending and receiving calls and at times texts was an issue for most of us- you will have to go outside for calls. I'm trying to leave a really honest review but I do want to be clear that this is a really lovely place.

We had a lovely time at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything in Miramar Beach. It was quiet and relaxing. It looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen is a bit small for those planning on cooking a lot. However, everything else was great. The beach access is right across the street! There are many delicious restaurants in the area within walking distance. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful unit with updated furnishings and decor. Small balcony had a pool view and there was easy access to the private beach for guests right across the street. All of our check-in and out instructions were very clear and sent well ahead of time. The condo was very clean and most of the typical amenities were provided. Just a note, that if you’re there for an extended time, laundry service is shared with the complex. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved it!! Location is perfect. Gated private beach is literally steps from the condo. We walked to a different restaurant each night. Condo is extremely clean and quiet. 2 swimming pools. Destin commons and the outlet mall are both less than 5 mins away. If you are considering a beach vacation Miramar Beach is the only place to be. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay! It was our first time at Gulfview, we usually stay at a condo unit up the street. This is now our favorite spot. The location is great, with beach access only steps away. Great coffee shops and eateries all over within minutes. The condo is spacious and well kept. There was enough room for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 young boys.) Linens and towels were fresh, and everything was clean and ready upon our arrival. Checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Gulf View! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our two sons enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds and we had plenty of space during our down time. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and we appreciated the homey touches & cute decor. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking essentials. The best part was the location! Easy quick walk to the beach. We had private access to the beach which meant less crowds. We will definitely book this condo for our next trip to Destin. As far as the reviews about the mattress in bedroom, it is not the most comfortable. It is on the firmer side and we honestly think it may be a full and not a queen. However, I slept well after long days on the beach. Also, there were plenty of towels underneath the sink in the bathroom.

I give EVERYTHING 5 stars!! This is my first time ever coming to the beach & I will definitely be coming back here! The host were responsive when I had questions, the place was SO CLEAN & bright, comfortable & peaceful !! Had 2 beach chairs like it said in the description, plenty of everything you need (towels, rags, pillows, cups, plates, bowls , pots , pans, etc.) I'm so glad we booked with RealJoy , it was definitelya wonderful first time experience! Thank yall so much! Also , to add.. I HAVE TO HAVE a fan when I sleep & they even had one in the bedroom if you wanted to use 😁
