Gulfview II 311 is located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the ocean! Gated access to 200ft of private beach awaits you just across the street. This 1BR/1BA condo has a spacious living and dining area, Gulf Views from the living room and balcony, and is close to the pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills! Ideal for couples or families, Gulfview II 311 sleeps 7, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, twin bunk beds in the hallway, and two sleeper sofas in the living room. Come relax in this quiet, family-oriented complex and have everything you need for the ultimate Emerald Coast vacation!

Gulfview Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach and a refreshing pool all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Gulfview is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property. Please be advised that the use of golf carts is strictly prohibited within this complex, any golf carts found on the premises will be towed at the guest's expense. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and convenience of all residents and visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.

Area Attractions:

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

By far the best condo we've stayed in while visiting Destin. There was an additional loveseat pullout sofa which was different from any other condo and a definite plus! The basic kitchen stuff was there to be able to make a few meals in lieu of going out to eat. The view was the best by far and we would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay. The condo was very close to the beach. Just across the street. We personally loved the view from the living room window and the balcony as we could clearly see the ocean. Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. A breath of fresh air after a 10 hour drive. It for sure sleeps 7 people. It was close to several great restaurants options and ones on the beach. We loved our stay. Highly recommend for something affordable and close to the beach. Only thing that was a slight inconvenience was having to pay to use a washer and dryer down the walkway. Not a bad thing but certainly nice when they are in the room.

Just a few steps to the beach! Beautiful , clean, private beach with beach chair service for around $60 a day. The only downfall is there is no where to store your beach toys/boards. We loved the area and all the great restaurants on the beach with great views!

Great little basic condo that exceeded expectations. We had a couple of issues upon check in (lamp wasn’t working in bedroom and shower curtain liner needed replaced). Both were resolved quickly and easily.
Clean and comfortable and was perfect for my adult daughter and I. Location is great. Just a short walk to the beach and there is a handy outdoor shower outside the complex to remove sand. We especially enjoyed the pool. Never crowded and extremely clean with a restroom close by.
Note: even though it’s not listed, this condo included several beach chairs, a few toys and umbrella. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great time and loved how easy and convenient it was to walk to the beach. The listing showed 2 pools, which we found out was incorrect; however, the pool for our building was heated and the other was not. Space was

Amazing stay!!! We didn’t know the pool was heated so that was awesome. Perfect for our little family. Short walk to the beach, beautiful view. Wish the bed was king size, but we knew it wasn’t and still enjoyed our time. The air conditioner isn’t the best and never cools down completely, but other than that, we would love to stay here again! We rented a golf cart and was able to go to the commons mall, the beach, the coffee shop, you name it. Thank you for having us!
