Gulfview II 306 is a recently renovated, beautifully decorated condo that is only steps from the sugar white beaches and emerald waters of Miramar Beach. Just across the street a gated access to 200 feet of private beach awaits you. This condo is great for couples or families with a king bed master (with blackout curtains), hall bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with quality dishes and appliances to prepare your meals and favorite beverages. Boogie boards and sand toys are provided to save you money or the hassle of packing them along. Gulfview offers a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and a BBQ grilling area all nestled in an immaculately landscaped, family oriented private resort with everything you need for the ultimate Florida vacation!

Gulfview Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach and a refreshing pool all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Gulfview is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property. Please be advised that the use of golf carts is strictly prohibited within this complex, any golf carts found on the premises will be towed at the guest's expense. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and convenience of all residents and visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.

Thank you for considering our condo for your next Florida vacation. We searched for a long time to find a vacation property that offered us a safe family friendly atmosphere, in a great community, where we could "get away" from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives; a quaint space where we could relax but still have a lot of fun and most importantly, where we could be close to the beach, to hear the waves and be able to wake up every morning and embrace its wonder. We found it! We welcome you to share the joy of this experience!

There are many! First of all, a beautiful quiet beach without high rise complexes nearby. Several beachfront eateries within walking distance where you can savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available. Those include Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's and Kenny D's. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Just down the road is Silver Sands Factory Outlet featuring upscale shopping from more than 100 designer stores.

Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where the children will love to play in the interactive water fountains and nautical/pirate themed outdoor playground. For the big kids, there are over 75 shops and restaurants. Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center and Destin Harbor also host hours of fun for the family. Destin Harbor has amazing bistros serving culinary delights sure to please your palate. Of course, there is shopping boutiques and lots of water attractions including fabulous fresh and saltwater fishing, parasailing, wind surfing, snorkeling and water-skiing to name a few.

Clear water magic

Everything. The location is perfect. Good value ! 4 of us stayed comfortably! The Clear water is something like magic. Private access to the beach was perfect ? The couch was the only thing I could possibly complain about, maybe a later checkout time, but honestly just so nice over all

Cute and convenient

We needed a place for two nights as we extended our stay and our original rental was already booked. This was just next door so familiar beach, etc. The condo was cute, clean, cozy, and well-stocked for our needs. The soft music playing upon check-in was a nice touch!

Great place to stay close to the Gulf! The beach has beautiful white sand and is a minute walk away. The condo was super clean and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the blue waters. We have five in our family and it was great size for us! The pools and hot tub were awesome after a long day at the beach. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment options close. Great shopping as well. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend! Thank you!!

is just a súper place to stay

properly is in a very good location just a few steps away from beach very very nice location the beach is incredible just overwhelming whit this property location I’m ready to recommend it to my friends and family and if a ever had a chance to come back this will be my first choice very affordable too THANK YOU now about the apartment wow clean confortable has everything you need for a good stay vacations we like to eat a home which everything in the apartment is just ideal to do that nice bedroom kitchen living room I feel as comfortable as it I was at home please please keep up the good work I will really appreciate this place thank you from my and my family very good vacations thanks to ya

Great condo! It is on the top floor and there are no elevators so keep that in mind, 32 stairs to be exact! Lol
It really wasn’t too hard for us, but we did have three children to help us take things to the beach! The walk to the beach is not far at all. This particular condo included beach toys, chairs, and even an umbrella! The chairs were very helpful and the kids liked using the beach toys and boogie boards!
Definitely bring your own spices, Ziploc bags, saran wrap, that sort of thing if you are planning to cook! They do have all the pots and pans and utensils, and there is a Walmart about 12 miles away. The pools are always very nice and clean, even a hot tub! I recommend Kenny D’s restaurant just down a few blocks, we walked down for dinner one night and it was really good! And not too pricey. And the Gulfarium is a must if you want to spend a day away from the beach too. Totally worth every penny!
My family of five really enjoyed this condo and we will definitely stay again!

Nice place

Very clean place. Realjoy always there for any questions. Only suggestion is to have door lock changed out. We had to have someone help is several times to lock it from outside.

Great spot overall

We had a lovely stay. A couple of things that were frustrating. Had multiple issues with internet as I tried to work from the condo but was told that the infrastructure was being updated unfortunately not until our stay was over. There wasn’t an elevator on the property, not a big deal overall but carrying a month’s worth of stuff for two young kids it was quite a shock from other places we have stayed before in other locations. Overall though we would stay here again if the opportunity came up.
