Gulfview II 301 is in an amazing location that is only across the street to the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach! This condo has been fully remodeled with updated flooring, kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, TV’s, and updated bathroom. Ideal for couples or families, Gulfview II 301 sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the master, hallway bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. With 200ft of private beach, seasonally heated pool, hot tub, grilling area, and Gulf Views from your balcony, you can relax in this quiet, family-oriented complex with everything you need for the ultimate Emerald Coast vacation!

Gulfview Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach and a refreshing pool all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Gulfview is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property. Please be advised that the use of golf carts is strictly prohibited within this complex, any golf carts found on the premises will be towed at the guest's expense. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and convenience of all residents and visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Had an awesome few days!

My family and I took a short vacation. I’m very picky on where I stay. And let me tell you, this place was by for my favorite! From the booking the place to check out was easy and smooth! The location was perfect! Being within walking distance to the beach! We will definitely be booking this place in the future! Booking with them made the trip a little less stressful.

Our stay was amazing from beginning to the end. Location was perfect for the family, home was immaculate, very quite and peaceful area, convenient to all the right places, beach was nothing short of perfect in distance and the view. The host mad sure that everything we needed was already available to us inside the home. We encountered a very small issue but with 1 call it was resolved like within seconds. We will be returning soon. Thanks for the hospitality.

This would be my family’s second time staying at this complex and we will continue to come back! We really enjoyed the smart tvs in the unit also. It’s literally right across the street from the private beach entrance which is great since we like to bring a lot of stuff to the beach lol. The location is amazing and we loved eating at Kenny D’s which was walking distance. The host was extremely helpful when it came to the ice maker issue we had. They even offered us ice for the time being which was really nice of them. We did not want to leave on check out day which means we’ll be back before the year is out.

I've stayed in this complex 4 times and this particular condo was more spacious than the other standard units as it has an island so you can move from the kitchen area to the dining/living area so much easier. The decor was updated and calming, cool colors. My friend and I went for our annual girls' trip and we loved it so much. We sat on the couch in the living room every day watching the gulf. We always choose the complex because of it's convenience to the gulf and the ease of getting anywhere we want to go. We walk every day down the street to see the water views, go to the nearby restaurants and stores. It's truly a gem of a location. This particular condo is top on the list for next year's trip. Just for extra information, there is no elevator and washer/dryers are down the hall. No big deal for us but worth noting. Definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting an easy getaway to Destin!

RealJoy Was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The condo itself was just perfect! The only thing that I would say is if you come bring eye covers. Because the light that comes through the room at night is the same brightness as during the day.

Nice place and great location for our family of 4. Would have been nice to have a few more amenities like other Air B&B we’ve stayed at like coffee filters, salt, pepper, extra toilet paper, beach chairs, umbrella…things that you don’t want to necessarily buy but others would benefit from. Other things I learned to look for after staying here would be checking out the furniture in the living room; for a family having better more comfortable chairs for all and a 10am checkout time seems early. But overall it was a very nice family place!

We stayed here with our 4 children, it was nice! Just like the pictures. It’s centrally located so getting to the beach was easy. Also the pool and tennis court are so nice. Very family friendly. We loved the kitchen it was equipped with everything and also the deep bath tubs were great. Thanks so much , we will come back.

I especially appreciated the little things this condo includes. such as clean towels, soap, shampoos, also some extra umbrellas, beach chairs, as well as air mattress + extra bedsheets and comforters etc. These little things make a difference. We had a really good time staying here.
