This 1BR/1BA, 2nd floor condo has a spacious living and dining area, Gulf Views from the living room and balcony, and is close to the pool, the hot tub, and barbecue grills! As an added bonus, you can also see reflective views of the Gulf from the kitchen! Ideal for couples or families, Gulfview II 205 sleeps 6, with a full bed in the bedroom, hallway twin bunk bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Come relax in this quiet, family-oriented complex and have everything you need for the ultimate Emerald Coast vacation!

Gulfview Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach, a seasonally heated pool, a jacuzzi and BBQ grilling area, all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Enjoy the convenience of coin operated laundry facilities on each floor. Gulfview is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property.

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Beautifully situated, right on top of the beach. The balcony could be cleaner. Sheets and rooms were clean. Everything else was just as described. Perfect for a woman on her own or for a family.

i definitely loved the fact that this place literally was across from the beach. the also have a pool & very nice hot tub. everything was less then 15-20 mins for a drive.

The room was very nice, very clean and very close to the beach. The area was very family oriented and we had a wonderful time!! Will be back!! There could be info on good restaurants that are close by and things to do/ see info in the room. That would have been nice.

Location was great, place was good for a small family, had a little trouble with the back door but was fixed very fast. Front door it's a little hard to lock sometimes, silverware and other kitchen stuff was not very clean. floors were not very clean either. Over all it was a good place to stay.

This was a great place for a 5-7 day getaway. Restaurants and fun activities were within miles, and the beach access was perfect. We were able to make a short walk, and short walk back for naps if needed.

This place was great! It was super close to the beach. You just have to cross the street and the beach is right there. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. There was a lot of parking. Bed was comfy.

We had a great time!! Directly across from
The beach, this unit has an obtuse balcony that curves towards the beach. It was roomy enough for my family of 6 and clean! We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the beach, and even used the grills outside by the pool area for dinner one night. It was perfect and we would love to stay here again!

My husband and I adventured to Destin for my birthday weekend recently and let me just say 1. The location was absolutely beautiful, and true to the description. The unit we stayed in had a peek a boo view to the gulf from the balcony that was wonderful with morning coffee. 2. Parking was never an issue and you could just walk a couple feet from the door to the beach with a breeze. 3. The room was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed amenity wise and communication was clear as to if you needed anything.
4. Lastly the pools were both clean, we didn’t do much swimming but we did utilize the hot tub, which was also clean.
Definitely making this a regular vacation spot!

Location location location, place is cleans, lots of towels, extra pillows, full kitchen with all the necessary cooking tools, bathroom was big, and the community really quite, definitely family friendly. The beach was perfect and quite and like a min walk from place. The washer and dryer literally right next to this room super convenient.
