With 200 ft of private beach, pool, a jacuzzi and a grilling area, you can relax in this quiet, family-oriented private resort with everything you need for the ultimate Florida vacation!
Gulfview Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach and a refreshing pool all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Gulfview is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property. Please be advised that the use of golf carts is strictly prohibited within this complex, any golf carts found on the premises will be towed at the guest's expense. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and convenience of all residents and visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.

Here you will find wind surfing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. Of course you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's more then 100 eateries! Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was equipped and fully functional. The beds were comfortable. The pool entrance is right outside of the unit, which we liked. The pool wasn’t crowded at any time during our stay in late September. The pay laundry is conveniently located down the hall. Some toiletry items were provided. It was great having the beach chairs setup every morning so all we needed to carry were our towels and cooler. The beach was not busy when we were there. I would certainly stay here again. The proximity to the beach and convenience/ cost savings of the chairs was a big plus for us as we came here primarily to be at the beach.- Reviewed On: 9/26/2025

Have stayed at Gulfview II before but this was the first time in this unit. Great location next to the pool and parking lot right out our door for convenient access. No noise complaints either but a sound machine was provided. Ideal location for beach access as well … less than 150 yards to beachfront. The chair and umbrella included came in very handy as we traveled with littles and had less things to lug down to the beach. The unit remodeled with the island instead of peninsula gave us extra room to walk around and flowed well compared to other units. Communication was prompt and we were given plenty of information before our trip and they were responsive when things came up. Would stay again!- Reviewed On: 9/2/2025

We did our family vacation with our boys (14 and 12). The condo was adequate size for us, and was great to have a kitchen (that was equipped) to do meals on the fly, and also avoid eating out every night. Within walking distance to quite a few restaurants, and less than a 10 min drive (w/the slower paced traffic) to other restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was perfect to have the umbrella and chairs included with the unit (they set up and can be claimed early/mid morning between 8-9 approx. and they break down empty sets starting at 4, and all must be cleared by 5. The beach sand was perfect, the water was cool but not cold and the perfect temp on those extreme heat/sun days. Was nice to have the option of the pool when our kiddos got wiped out by the ocean waves and just wanted to relax a little. The outdoor showers are nice to rinse all belongings/shoes/self before entering your condo which helped keeping sand inside to basically nothing.- Reviewed On: 8/3/2025

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! If you’re looking for a place close to the beach and don’t mind driving for groceries, shopping, or restaurants, I highly recommend this spot. We spent most of our time on the beach, and having it within walking distance was perfect. Someone from the RealJoy team even called to check in with us and make sure everything went smoothly, which we really appreciated. Little loud in some of the rooms around. Other than that real nice time. The chairs included was a good bonus (though they take them up promptly at 5pm) and the location to the pool was great- though it was further from the beach (view of the beach would be all I would trade). This condo was very clean. Being on the bottom floor made it very nice. Right outside the front door was the pool and hot tub. Outside the black sliding glass door was about a half a mile walk to the beach. The only complaints I have are about the dryers not being great (I had to pay over $15 for one load of laundry since the the dryers did not dry the clothes) and the pool was extremely cold! They need to heat the pool. Besides that it was a great stay and I will stay here again.- Reviewed On: 10/17/2023

Heat place to stay, across the street from the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Beach chairs and towels would have been a great addition, however we did rent chairs and umbrella for the two days we were at the beach. Easy check in and check out. Very short walk to a private access beach. The room is right beside the pool. The patio isn’t facing the beach but I didn’t mind it at all. Very clean. It was mostly families staying there and it was quiet.- Reviewed On: 6/9/2023

We love Miramar Beach and have always stayed at Gulfview. The ground floor is ideal for coming and going. It is only a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and met our needs. We look forward to booking again next year.- Reviewed On: 3/26/2023

The weather was absolutely freezing (50’s) but the days were perfectly sunny and the ocean across the street was a treat to dash back and fourth to see (dolphins!). The hot tub here made allllll the difference and we loved the coziness of the condo. It’s clean and spacious and well put together. Our 12 year old enjoyed running back and fourth between the cold pool and heated pool and hot tub. The restaurants all along A30 we’re easy to get into and nice but the prices startled us. Make sure to head toward Grayton Beach & Seagrove area while you’re there.- Reviewed On: 3/20/2023

The apartment is elegantly decorated. We had everything we need. The pool and hot tub is nice.
The location was super convenient The beach access door does not work well. It was hard to open the door even we entered correct code.- Reviewed On: 8/5/2019
