Just steps away, enjoy gated access to 200 feet of private white-sand beach. Inside, the condo features a spacious open living and dining area, with beautiful Gulf views visible from the living room and private balcony. The kitchen even offers reflective glimpses of the water, adding a touch of coastal serenity to every meal. Conveniently located near the pool, this condo is perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Accommodating up to 4 guests, Gulfview I 314 is ideal for couples or small families, featuring a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Unwind in this quiet, family-friendly complex and experience everything you need for the perfect Emerald Coast getaway.

Gulfview Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach and a refreshing pool all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Gulfview is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property. Please be advised that the use of golf carts is strictly prohibited within this complex, any golf carts found on the premises will be towed at the guest's expense. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and convenience of all residents and visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Beautiful unit, great location. We did not stay long and the time we stayed was literally spent on the beach. It was 4 of us, technically 4 adults but my husband and I and our two girls 17 and 19. The pullout was pretty cool. The balcony was cool with the privacy grass arranged around. Thank you so much!

The condo had everything we needed. We eat out every meal so had no need for the kitchen other than the coffee pot. One drawback was the space was a little cramped. Tight rooms but for the 2 of us we managed. It would have been nice to have curtains on the windows not just sheers. We fell in love with the balcony and the view. Also loved to people/dog watch on the path below the balcony. The turf and the vines on the balcony also made it more private. We met 3 couples that come back to this location every year and we are thinking of doing the same. Great place great vacation!

Nice place, we enjoyed the view from the balcony, the beach is very nice and good distance from the room. We ate at Pompano Joes 3 times on our 6 night stay, I highly recommend it and it’s only about a 10-15 min walk!
