Gulfview Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach and a refreshing pool all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Gulfview is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property. Please be advised that the use of golf carts is strictly prohibited within this complex, any golf carts found on the premises will be towed at the guest's expense. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and convenience of all residents and visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The property was great, rooms were nice, clean could bit of been better ❤️ The only drawback was no washer/dryer in the room it’s located on first floor and no elevator, it’s a hike loading and unloading baggage and groceries if your on the 2nd or 3 rd floor. Staff was great- Reviewed On: 8/3/2025

The view was gorgeous! Enjoyed sitting on the patio, but the chairs were a little hard. And the people either below or in another unit smoked outside, so we often smelled it. However, when we were there we spent a lot of time on the patio. The pool was clean and not super crowded. It was a very relaxing place. The fan and the ceiling light in the den area would just come on, on its own at times. Not sure what was going on there, electrical issue? The place was beautiful. Great view and loved the private beach. The company was very responsive and helpful. They helped resolve any issue that came up and timely. I felt they were a “real joy” to deal with! Would definitely rent from them again. My only disappointment was the pictures advertised a hot tub and the building we rented in didn’t have access to the hot tub. Our condo was exactly as described. I've stayed on the Gulf Coast several times. This has been the best location so far. It was quiet and peaceful. Granted, there is a 2 lane street in front of the building, but it's a slow type of light traffic. Crossing to the beach was quite safe. I would recommend it to anyone. The condo is perfect for 2 people and fully equipped, as stated. Very clean, no surprises. Realjoy was responsive in a timely manner with all my questions before we arrived and after. We ended up adding an extra day. Since nothing in this world is perfect, I will comment on 2 things: directions for how to operate the thermosrat would have been appreciated. I accidently turned on the heat and didn't know how to correct it immediately. Also, how to turn on the ceiling fans. I never did figure that one out. We were fine without fans, we just like sleeping with a fan on. I was very satisfied with our experience.- Reviewed On: 10/21/2023

My family really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It was very accessible to the beach, perfect beach front room and most definitely has everything you need in the kitchen!! Has tons of storage in the master room for your belongings, lots of hangers and plenty of space to hide luggage. The balcony view was my favorite of all, it was perfect to wake up to see sunrise and sundown. RealJoy was very attentive when it came to asking questions or needed anything within a decent time period. Private beach access was great, especially being there for the fourth of the July, was still able to seat upfront on the beach. Also, great location to be in the middle of everything! The only wishes is to have a broom for the room (although there was a vacuum) and a ice machine. Other than that everything was perfect!!!! I would definitely stay here again.- Reviewed On: 7/8/2023

I absolutely love the view of this condo. It was very clean and enjoyed staying there. Would consider coming back love the private beach as well. The only problem we had was not with the property ,but with the beach rental chairs we paid for chairs that we did not get for three days and could not find a beach boy. Very clean, nicely decorated, comfy, close to it all condo!
The condo was very well decorated & it was perfect for my son & myself. It was very clean. There were plenty of pots/pans/utensils, etc….. all except pot holders. They even provided a waterproof bag (courtesy of RealJoy) which was very nice. There was a beach umbrella & 2 beach chairs to use which I appreciate not having to bring with me. I did have to call the emergency number for the garbage disposal on the day before we were to leave due to it leaking & stopping up. The folks at the emergency number were fantastic! They answered the phone right away & made it super simple to tell them what was going on. There are two pools there that are both nice. One pool said it was heated but it did not feel heated really. Overall we had a great experience. We were close to everything we could have needed. I definitely recommend this place!!
