Gulfview I 216- Just Beachy is located only 150ft from the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach! Just across the street, gated access to 200ft of private beach awaits you. This 1BR/1BA, 2nd floor condo has a spacious living; dining area with a balcony to sit and enjoy the salty air. The open kitchen has been updated to feature granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and includes an eat-in bar with seating for 3. The unit is located in close proximity to the complex's pool. Ideal for couples or families, Gulfview I 216- Just Beachy sleeps 4, with a king bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Come relax in this quiet, family-oriented complex and have everything you need for the ultimate Emerald Coast vacation!

Gulfview Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach and a refreshing pool all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Gulfview is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property. Please be advised that the use of golf carts is strictly prohibited within this complex, any golf carts found on the premises will be towed at the guest's expense. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and convenience of all residents and visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule.

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Just what we were looking for in a place close to the beach! Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Coffee on the balcony in the morning while watching dolphins play in the gulf. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

Even though the unit is across the street we had comfortable balcony furniture to enjoy the beautiful view! Even saw some dolphins. The listing is accurate and fairly priced. The private gated beach entry was nice and the beach was beautiful and clean! Note that the unit is small so even though there is a sofa bed I would not rent it to accommodate more than three persons. Great for a girls trip or a couples trip! Thanks for a fun few days at the beach and the goody bag!

Our stay in Just Beachy was perfect!! We have stayed at Gulfview many times and the only negative thing I can say is there’s a lock on one of the pools and MANY returning vacationers were very unhappy that the gated pool was only for one building. While we were at the pool a man and woman came and installed a camera watching the entry to the pool. That would be the only thing I would complain about our stay. The condo is so cute and would definitely book the same unit again.

Just Beachy was perfect in every way!! Definitely would return. Only negative was one of the pools had a code for only one of buildings to use. We have stayed at Gulfview many times as many other guests staying there this trip. That was a big conversation piece and all were not happy with this new rule. In fact a woman installing a security camera to monitor the gate while we were at the pool was bothersome.

My daughter and I are both in college, and we took a long weekend to study for finals at the beach. It was a perfect location. Quick walk to the beach. The management company is amazing. Communication was great, and they responded super promptly when I notified them there was a nest of wasps under a patio chair. I didn't expect them to do anything, I just wanted to let them know for the next guests, but it was already taken care of by the time we got back from the beach. Really pleasant experience overall!

Great location to beach & walking distance to restaurants. Steps to beach. Clean unit! Nice TV’s in unit and AC worked great! No icemaker in freezer FYI. Definitely would stay again for just 2 people. I think 4 would be too tight unless small children. Great communication with host. AC unit on balcony is very loud.
