Ideal for couples or families, this beautifully decorated townhome sleeps 8 comfortably with a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms are upstairs with en suite bathrooms and each has a private balcony! The fully equipped kitchen is on first floor along with a comfortable living room, large flatscreen TV, and two separate patios. With private beach access, a community pool, and gulf views from both balconies, you can relax in this family-oriented townhome with everything you need for the ultimate beach vacation!
Gulf Winds East is a low-rise complex of only 52 vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach, featuring private beach access and a community pool. You are close enough to the Gulf to to hear the waves from the balcony. These lovely townhomes are within walking distance of Captain Dave's restaurant, and a short drive in either direction to Destin Commons or Silver Sands Outlets.

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.
All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water-sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, savory seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

the location was awesome, the condo was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room and space. everything worked as it should. I do recommend a few things. the furniture downstairs need replaced or cleaned. they kitchen table cushions were very stained and grimy. our feet stayed black from the floors, the two chairs at bar table , were cushions have been wet are stained and mildew underneath cushions. baseboards, especially in king bathroom was caked with dust and dirt. the beds were very comfortable and location was awesome.- Reviewed On: 7/18/2025

Awesome Place!
The location was spectacular! 1 min walk to the beach. Restaurants and things to do still close. Price was excellent for 3 nights right across from the beach. The staff was very responsive by text which was so helpful. Place was clean and extra towels for a family of 5. Pool was close for the kids, can park your car right in front, easy loading. Extra fan because the A/C didn't cool enough in the heat. Small view of the beach from the balconies! Overall, will definitely come back and stay. The A/C didn't cool the place enough on a 78° day. The stove was hard to cook on because the electric pads didn't change based on the dial. The king bed is old so it makes a lot of creaking noises. Overall very good. Our main bedroom confort bed cover was not clean, so we washed it and it was perfect then.
We had been in this complex 4 times with this visit. Love the location and the units are very comfortable Needs more maintenance. Roof looks like have water damage. Some repairs done, but badly repaired.- Reviewed On: 8/30/2024
