Welcome to Gulf Winds East #45, a spacious 2BR/2.5BA townhome just steps from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach! This beach retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a king bed, queen bed, twin-over-twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa—making it perfect for families or groups. On the first floor, you'll find a bright and open living area with cozy seating, a large flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for preparing family meals after a day in the sun. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor. Head upstairs to the second floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms, each with private balconies for enjoying the coastal breeze. The master bedroom offers a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a peek-a-boo Gulf view from its private balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and two twin beds—ideal for kids or extra guests.

Gulf Winds East is a low-rise complex in the heart of Miramar Beach, featuring private (gated) beach access and gazebo for its owners and guests and a community pool. You are close enough to the Gulf to hear the waves from your balcony. These lovely townhomes are just off Scenic 98 where you can enjoy a morning walk or bike ride and near numerous beach shops, Captain Dave's restaurant, coffee shops, and a short drive in either direction to Destin Commons or Silver Sands Outlets.

Area Attractions:
Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

Nearby, you can also find Whole Foods, Publix and a Winn-Dixie.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water-sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, savory seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Here you will find windsurfing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

One of the best places we’ve stayed! We loved the short walk to the beach, the condo was clean and well stocked, there were some chairs and floats provided, and beds were super comfy! Definitely will be back! **the dishwasher could use some maintenance-washed dishes and nothing came clean, so we hand washed everything. Not a huge deal, but may want to get it checked!

This unit was newly updated, or atleast thats what it looked like. All the beds were comfy. It was just a short walk to the beach, literally just the parking lot. The only con, which is minor, is that they had maybe 2 drinking cups. They had tons of coffee and wine glasses, but hardly no drinking cups. Other than that, we will definitely be returning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wish it could've been longer. The condo was great! It was right across from the pool, and across the street from the ocean. The beds slept amazing! Happy, happy Easter

We had a wonderful time. The location is spectacular. I don't want to deter anyone from this unit but I felt that the Master bedroom didn't have enough light. Plenty of lamps but none of them gave off enough light also the style of bathroom sink didn't give us any place to put our toothbrushes. Everything else was fine.

Spring Break Stay

We have stayed at multiple units at Gulf Winds East and this one has been my favorite. We had everything we needed, a quick walk to the beach, the kitchen was so nice and everything was clean. Will be staying here again!

Love Our Stay

This is our 4th yr staying at Gulf Winds 45. Harmony is amazing g to work with and our condo is GREAT. The gulf is a stones throw away, close to amazing restaurants. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else
