Located only 200 yards from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach, Gulf Winds East #35 is your next beach vacation paradise! Ideal for couples or small families, this beautifully decorated townhome sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed in the master, and a queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk in the guest room. Both bedrooms are upstairs with en suite bathrooms and each has its own private balcony. On the first floor, you will find a comfortable living room with a large flatscreen TV, wet bar, plenty of seating, a dining area, one half bath, tons of natural light and two separate, private patios (front and back). There is also a stackable washer and dryer conveniently located on the first floor. The fully equipped kitchen is also on this floor and has been recently updated with stainless steel appliances and new countertops. With private (gated) beach access, a community pool, and two private balconies, you can relax in this family-oriented townhome with everything you need for the ultimate beach vacation!

Gulf Winds East is a low-rise complex in the heart of Miramar Beach, featuring private (gated) beach access and gazebo for its owners and guests and a community pool. You are close enough to the Gulf to hear the waves from your balcony. These lovely townhomes are just off Scenic 98 where you can enjoy a morning walk or bike ride and near numerous beach shops, Captain Dave's restaurant, coffee shops, and a short drive in either direction to Destin Commons or Silver Sands Outlets.

Area Attractions:
Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

Nearby, you can also find Whole Foods, Publix and a Winn-Dixie.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water-sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, savory seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Here you will find windsurfing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful time and a great experience! The walk to the beach was super short and convenient! The water and weather were gorgeous. The space was perfect for our party of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids), and we loved having the end unit! The only small flaw was the kitchen supplies were a smidge on the minimalist side but it really did not impact us in any way! Just a heads up to those who like to cook on vacation! We would definitely come back!

We were very pleased with our stay and are already talking about going back. Was a very good size for our family of 6. Unit was very clean upon arrival and directions upon checkout were very easy to follow. We had an issue with the dryer not being installed with a handle, but text communication with the company was easy and clear. They had a handyman out the following day to fix. Turns out it was a new unit and the install team forgot to attach. We are already looking at dates for next year.

Place looks just like the pictures. Has everything you need, just bring clothes, bathing suits, beach towels and sunscreen. Actually if you forget those there is tons of shopping very close by. A marvelous family vacation location

A great multiple family vacation location - I have 14 children, and anywhere from 3 families to 9 families have been coming to Gulf Winds East for 27 years at Easter vacation time. Each family rents a townhouse and love visiting each others "homes" - The heated pool and close, beautiful sandy beach are the biggest draw...But being close to good eating places and feeling "safe" are a close second...

Winter Stat

The unit was nice and I was close to friends. It would be better if there was a large chair like a lazyboy, but I enjoyed my stay. Since I am older, I didn't like the key code access.
