Gulf Winds East #35

This is the second time we stayed in this particular location and it was a 10/10 comfortable beds,clean, secure location, and able to walk to the beach was a major plus. Realjoy has a customer secured.

The location was really good not far to walk to the beach. How ever the gate had issues getting in and out sometimes it took a few tries to get it to open. The house was perfectly fine. The only complaint I have is that the beds were extremely firm for me!

We were very pleased with our stay and are already talking about going back. Was a very good size for our family of 6. Unit was very clean upon arrival and directions upon checkout were very easy to follow. We had an issue with the dryer not being installed with a handle, but text communication with the company was easy and clear. They had a handyman out the following day to fix. Turns out it was a new unit and the install team forgot to attach. We are already looking at dates for next year.

Our family of 5 had a great week in this rental. It's an easy walk to the private beach, nice and quiet end unit, parking right out the front door. You will need a car but many shops and restaurants are within 5 miles.

Place looks just like the pictures. Has everything you need, just bring clothes, bathing suits, beach towels and sunscreen. Actually if you forget those there is tons of shopping very close by. Very short walk to the most beautiful beach I have ever been to!

This was a great and spacious condo. I enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, and community pool. Due to my stay being a week long, it would've been nice to have one or two extra roles of toilet paper, paper towels, and dish washer pods.

Superb spot for a family of 4 to 6 with a convenient location that is directly across from the shore. This means returning to and from the beach for snacks or rest is effortless. I also loved that the unit has a washer/dryer downstairs and a hanging shower out in the back which made for post-beach day clean up of our towels and swim gear a breeze. Kitchen and rooms were all clean and neat, and there is a designated parking spot right outside the front door. Enjoy the area along the street and near the waterfront which is great for an early morning or late night walk or run from this home.

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for friend trip! It’s super close and convenient to the beach entrance. The pool was clean and the perfect way to end our beach days. There were beach toys in the outside closet. Perfect location to multiple restaurants, souvenir shops and ice cream places!

It was awesome, great location. Can walk just a couple minutes and you are on the private gated beach area. Very clean, lots to do within just a short drive. Comfortable beds, good setup, very easy to work in kitchen.

Seemed like the value was spot on. We wanted a descent place close to the beach. This was it. We’ll be back.
Beds were comfortable, pillows were broken in, tv in all rooms but only one TV had internet abilities.
Good privacy in the master bedroom and throughout the place.
Outdoor shower was nice to rinse sand and salt water before going inside.

A great multiple family vacation location - I have 14 children, and anywhere from 3 families to 9 families have been coming to Gulf Winds East for 27 years at Easter vacation time. Each family rents a townhouse and love visiting each others "homes" - The heated pool and close, beautiful sandy beach are the biggest draw...But being close to good eating places and feeling "safe" are a close second...

Gulf winds east 35 was great! It’s peaceful and relaxing! Just a short walk to the beautiful beach. It’s spacious enough! We’ve stayed in this one twice now and love it!
