Lo mejor es la Ubicación, el apartamento en general está bien, me pareció incomodo al salir por detrás y tener que entrar por el frente para ir a cerrar la puerta de atrás, en el espacio de la playa "privada" solo permiten carpas o toldos después de las 5, si es tu caso debes acomodarte a los lados de ese bloque de playa, por lo demas todo bien.

We enjoyed this location so much. It was right across from the beach. There was another option at the same location, but the decoration of this place was so much better. I am used to hotels where abstract, meaningless art is slapped on the walls. The art and furniture choices for this condo were deliberate and beautiful and enhanced our stay. I would gladly stay here again.

Lovely view of the beach from the balcony. This is our second stay at Gulf Winds East and the view from the front is much better from the other units. Enjoyed the sound of the waves in the evenings from the balcony.

We had a wonderful week in Gulf Winds East #3 again. The condo is conveniently located right across the street from the beach with private access. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a crockpot, which made for easy meal prep and more beach time. The beach decor throughout the condo is a little over the top but you can tell the owners love this home. The new couches and recliner are beautiful but the recliner is in the wrong spot to watch the TV. The dresser drawers are also getting hard to open. The new shades are a great improvement and when one came off its roller, Harmony maintenance was there to fix it immediately. We appreciated the late checkout, too!

This was our second time stay in this complex. This time we were ocean front loved the views. Just enjoyed relaxing on the porch. The property was clean and very well maintained.

Awesome location, just a few steps to the sand. Beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was clean and spotless when we arrived. Everyone at the office was so friendly and helpful. We had a blast and we will definitely be staying at this unit again!!

Clean, great location, property management is great to work with. We are very satisfied. Highly recommend. They do need to replace mattress in front bedroom but I would absolutely rent again!

We had a great experience with this rental. A super location for access to the beach and fantastic heated pool after dipping in on the beach when the temps were cool for December. Since we stayed about a week, maybe having a few more laundry and dishwasher packets would have been helpful. The amount of dishes to choose from for cooking were great, but maybe could benefit from some staples in the house like cooking spray, foil and seasonings. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice and clean. We did need to do laundry so it was nice to have the washer and dryer. Sitting on each porch with the provided furniture was great too. Would definitely recommend and would come again.

Love this unit!! The only issues with unit 3 are the blinds for the sliding glass doors. We had to hang sheets up in the bedrooms because the blinds were broken and missing panels. But this is a minor complaint. Maybe get curtains for this unit. Because we love staying in this unit ever year!! :-)

We enjoyed everything. They thought of everything in the kitchen. I would of like filters for the coffee and a better sleeper sofa. The place is perfect and close to the beach.

good vacation location had a few issues but did not let it effect our vacation timewasher kept runningwe notice a couple of roaches and one of our guest had flea bites on himthe blinds kept falling off eliminating privacy in the bottom room

Wonderful much needed vacation.We've stayed at this property for several years and this time the condo didn't seem as clean as it should be and the amenities in this condo weren't as good as they should be. Will return just will choose a different condo.

We frequently vacation in Destin although this is my first time staying at gulf winds East number three. I absolutely loved the property! The owners made sure to have everything you could possibly need inside of the home (beach chairs, boogie boards, gas grill, even a box fan.. ect..) The location was great and it had a nice view. It felt like home :-) I will definitely be staying there again!

THIS IS ACTUALLY A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. THEY HAVE MANY UNITS AND THEY ARE VERY CLEAN AND A GREAT LOCATION. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE TO UNIT 3 IS THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM IS UPSTAIRS SO WHEN YOU COME IN THE CONDO YOU ARE TRACKING SAND IN OR NEAR THE BEDROOM AREA WHICH IS DOWN STAIRS. OTHERWISE NO COMPLAINTS

Our family was so impressed with the condo, view, and overall wonderful vacation! Gulf Wind East is a beautiful location! We ate nearly every meal at our condo and appreciated the gas grill provided, as well as everything we could ever want or need! We have already booked our condo for next year and look forward to another holiday in paradise! Ange and her staff are so professional and yet so personable! Each time I phoned I felt like I was talking to friends! I will absolutely recommend Harmony Beach and Gulf Winds East to all my friends! We plan to make this an annual event!!

We stayed at the Gulf Winds East #3 for 5 nights.The unit could accomendate 8 although it was only the two of us. Very roomy and clean, with lots of natural light from the 2 upstairs balconys and lower level porchs. Although we were on the north side of the street we still had a great view of the beach. One of our favorite things was just to sit on the front balcony and watch all the people go by.Joggers,dog walkers,bikers, scateboarders cars and trucks, all the crazy rental scooters minibikes and three wheelers and more going down the pathway on the streetside, lots of energy. The private beach is way superior to some of the other public areas.The ocean was different every day,big waves, calm waves,and no waves. The calm days were perfect for Kayak cruising in the clear water. Our Grand kids were staying just down the street at another Harmony unit.They loved the bunk beds at our place, called it the playroom as they climbed in the bunks each with its own flat screen for watching cartoons. We had a nice view of the awesome pool out the backside of the unit. Will be back next year.

My experience with Harmony Beach Vacations was excellent !! I particularly liked the communication provided between the reps of HB and myself. This started before my arrival and continued throughout my stay. I especially want to thank Lori, Angela, and Jason. (hope I haven't forgotten anyone I spoke with directly) Lori and Angela always answered questions I had immediately. Angela came to our condo and made sure our entry code was fixed. I met Jason when he came to our condo. He was there to actually reset the code. EVERYONE was so friendly and knowledgeable. I have been traveling to Destin for a least 25 yrs. and I have stayed at Gulf Winds East probably 20 of those 25. This stay by far was the best…..don't get me wrong. I continue to stay at GWE because I have always found it to be the best place in all of Destin. But HBV made it even better….and I didn't know it COULD get any better!! My sincere thanks to all the representatives I came in contact with in planning my vacation up to my actual stay. I would (and have) recommend HBV and GWE to anyone!!! Thanks again !!!

We had a great time at the Gulf Winds East Townhome! We booked via Harmony Beach Vacations. My family's initial reservation was at a different property and we experienced a few inconveniences the night of our arrival. We notified the management office and they relocated us to the Gulf Winds East property the next morning. We were very pleased and so thankful for their prompt response and professionalism. The townhome was beautiful and provided everything we needed - upgraded kitchen and master bathroom, spacious and accommodating living area and balconies galore. We had a nice view of the ocean too. We will definitely continue booking via Harmony Beach Vacations and stay at this property again!

We had a great stay, which started with a welcome bottle of wine upon our arrival. We had 5 adults and 2 children and the accommodations were appropriate for that many. It was a very comfortable condo, close to the ocean, quiet and family oriented.

Your on site manager, Rita has stolen us away from next door, Gulf view, where we stayed every year for more than 20 years. We can't imagine being treated any better and Gulf Winds East #3 exceeded our expectations. Rita did such a great job we've already booked through her for next year.

I've been coming to this area for over 30 years and this condo group never fails to impress. Just a short walk across the road to the beach and walking distance to 4 outstanding beach view restaurants.Most units have been remodeled and ours was no exception. The pool is always clean and a refreshing break from the sand and gulf. First class shopping is just minutes away as well as great entertainment to be had at the Harbor docks area. It all adds up to the perfect beach vacation.

Had a great time. Will come back and would not mind this property again. However, inconvenient to have to walk around to back to rinse off sand and then walk back around front to get in, but was glad there was an outside shower. Same with when we went somewhere - Had to remember to drop someone out front to unlock the back door. Enjoyed the space.
