Perfect beach location with a beautiful view! Cozy condo, and incredible beach directly across the street. Warm, clean pool, great spot! Host was super communicative and answered questions within minutes! Would rent again!

Great stay! The room was very nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and linens for my family of 5. The view was just amazing. Sitting on the balcony you can see the beautiful ocean. The beach access gate is directly in front of this unit. Such a quick, easy walk. The parking spot is also directly in front of the unit, maybe ten steps away. The property managers were very kind and quick to respond with any communication. They checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed! Place is within walking distance to many restaurants and my husband walked to sandos coffee many mornings! The beach is private access and was never even remotely crowded. Most of the time there was less than 10 people on the beach close to our area. Things to note if you have small children. The front door only has the key code lock so no deadbolt or hotel style lock up top if you have small children. Also with small children, the railing along the back of the living room next to the stairs is a little wide, my five year old could climb through. It was fine because we had a large play pen for my 18month old but you may want to bring something like that if you have little ones! Also the beach access is stairs which seems common in the area, but if you have one of the rolling beach carts, that won’t really work. We actually forgot ours anyway so it didn’t matter but again, something to note when packing! The air conditioning was great and kept the room nice and cool! Overall the stay here was great and no complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

This property was a wonderful stay for our family. From the beginning the property managers were great at communication and very quick to respond. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels and linens available for our family of 5. Air conditioning worked great and kept the room cool. Well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect. Beach views right on the balcony and gate access directly across the street. Beach was private access and was never even slightly crowded. Close to many delicious restaurants and things to do. My husband walked to Sandos coffee shop many mornings. Such a relaxing trip and great place to stay!

There is a reason we come back to this location year after year. If is by far the best place we've stayed, in over 20 years of coming to the Destin area. The staff at Harmony Beach are always friendly and sensitive to our needs. Check-in was a breeze and they made sure everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Beach view was fantastic with access literally 40 yards from our front door. Private beach staff had our chairs set up each morning, which made for an easy walk without lugging unnecessary items. Area restaurants were great as always. All in all, it was another lovely and exciting vacation. Thanks Harmony Beach! See you again next year.

We’ve vacationed in Destin for several years and this condo is, by far, the best place we have stayed. Everything was well maintained and the condo is very spacious. Our kids loved the pool!

Destin Fl. And are stay was not a disappointment. Perfect location. Great beach with gated access so made it not busy at all. Great home layout. Very satisfied. Harmony Beach vacation rentals. Great help. Went way over to make sure we were happy and satisfied before selecting our area. Will definitely be using them again. I just wish they did large homes as well.

Always a great time staying at Gulf Winds East #10. Great view and short walking distance to beach. Well maintained property, the only thing I can complain about are the palm trees growing out front that block the amazing view

We have been coming to Gulf Winds East for over 20 years. Ts was one of our best vacations there. The weather was great, the water perfect. Will be coming back next year.We had a small issue with the clothes dryer not working. The management staff addressed the problem quickly, even allowing us to use another unit's dryer until the part arrived the next day. Very professional, class act team!!!

Smooth rental, checkin and check out process. Property management kept in touch via email and text. Excellent communication. Unit was beautifully decorated with quality furniture. Very impressed with the furnishings. Comfy beds, adequate number of towels, with w/d in the unit. Beautiful view of the gulf from the front window/balcony. Will request this unit again.

This is an excellent well-situated beach condo with an exceptional gulf view. The condo itself is very nice and makes for a comfortable stay. Right across the street from the condo is a private access gate to the beach. To capitalize on the view, for this condo, the living area and kitchen are upstairs and the two bedrooms are downstairs. The downstairs washer and dryer really are convenient.

We have been going to Gulf Winds East for over 20 years. Unit 10 is great with a balcony unobstructed view of the gulf. Their beach is much less crowded than much of the others with more condos / high rises to support.

We stayed at Gulf Winds East room 10 with our two children and it was amazing! The room was gorgeous and spacious and clean! It has a gulf view full kitchen and living area and two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There was a king bed in the master with a walk in shower and a queen in the second bedroom with a standard shower tub combo and the half bath was upstairs. There was a heated pool that our kids loved and was only about 20 steps to the beach. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the living room area and kitchen were upstairs but even with that I would still gladly book this exact room again no hesitation. 5 star recommendation all the way.

We loved the place we stayed in. It was a little strange at 1st with the bedrooms downstairs and kitchen upstairs however we do see why the set up was like that. Our view was awesome, best place we have stayed so far. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

We have stayed at Gulf Winds several times and always love it! The location is great and not near a lot of high rises so the beach is never over crowded. #10 has a great view! The Turtles Nest was as tranquil as it's name. Our Our First time staying a Gulf Winds East since this year we needed a Two bedroom unit. The unit had literally everything we would want or need for a stay at The Beach. Starting with a Glorious Beach View and Patio area that we welcomed our mornings on and ended our evenings. The open floor plan on the second level and seating was perfect with large kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare culinary creations. The Bedrooms offered dream like mattress's and beddiing that were so comfortable for a restful night of sleep. Our week was Tanquil as a Turtle and God Willing we will be "Sea"ing You Next year Thank you to Harmony Beach Vacations and To the Owners of the Unit for making our stay Amazing! Thanks, Tami N.

This is the second time we have stayed in GWE10. Amazing view, great beach access, the home is clean and well maintained. Each bedroom has a patio off from the bedroom. Well stocked with essentials. Location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Adult and kid friendly. We will definitely be back.

this was our 4th year to rent this unit/location. It is a wonderful unit. The complex is beautiful and very clean. The property managers are so wonderful to deal with. When you call they jump on the issue. We have made our reservation for next year already.

Great stay. Loved the condo. Bed in back bedroom squeeked and the lock on the sliding glass door was missing. Also could probably use a visit from exterminator especially around the outside of the doors and windows as we were visited by 7 or 8 giant cockroaches during our stay.

Just a couple of small details that need attention:1. The draw at the bottom of the oven needs to be cleaned.2. The dryer vent is not venting outside. It needs to be reconnected to the dryer.

This is our 3rd year renting unit 10 in Gulf Winds East. It is a wonderful relaxing clean unit. It feels like being at home. We can't say enough positive things about the unit, the complex and the location. We rented it again for our 2019 vacation spot already!

Thanks Harmony Beach Vacations ! We actually came into town and stayed in another condo. Due to a plumbing problem Harmony moved us to this condo. Absolute wonderful customer service. We have nothing negative to say. It was VERY clean. Easy beach access. Bed very comfortable. We will definitely use Harmony Beach for our next stay in Destin. We stayed in unit 10 like last year. The unit itself was fine except that the trash cabinet was broken, so we had to allow maintenance access to the property several times and it was still not resolved. The pool area/restrooms were flooded and dirty. We alerted management of the conditions but we did not use the pool area again so we do not know if the situation was rectified or not. We enjoyed our time at the condo. Just wish that we could gain entrance to the property prior to 4pm if the property is cleaned and ready.

this was a great place to stay. the property was clean and you felt like you was home. the staff was very friendly. The only need negative I can think of was that the WIFI was not that good. Since my daughter is home school she could not watch her online videos. But overall I was very satisfied with my stay. I will probably stay here again.

Great area to stay, beautiful views of the ocean, lovely property. My only suggestions are to check the drains in the bathtub/showers because they drain quite slowly and I pulled a clump of long blond hair from one drain and neither my wife or I have blond hair. Also, you might have the cleaners of the property check the cleanliness of the walls from time to time.

As always we had a wonderful family vacation. We spent a lot of time on the beach. Had one rainy day, which we went shopping. Deep sea fishing and Crab island was very fun. We love the space of the condo! We played games at night and slept in every morning. Could not have been more perfect. We did not particularly care for the on-site representative as she was abrasive. Preferred last year's rep.

GWE 10 had everything for my family vacation....amazing location and views and plenty of room for my family of 5. This was our 2nd year coming to Destin and staying at GWE through Harmony Beach Rentals and I will definitely plan on making reservations again next year!
