Gulf Walk Townhomes are fabulously located in the heart of Miramar Beach. Only 2 blocks away is the Geronimo Street Beach Access and The Surf Hut restaurant! Area Attractions:

Gulf Walk is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My partner and I took our kids for 4 days and we had a wonderful time. Within walking distance of the beach and nice open space inside once we would return. The house is exactly how the photos look. Easy to find. Things to do are only 15 minutes away. Only downfall is the walk to the beach. It’s at least 3 long blocks.

This property was great for our group of 3. Plenty of space, clean bathrooms upon arrival, has all your basic kitchen needs! You will want to bring paper towels and toilet paper (as the listing suggests) if you’re staying longer than a couple of days. Great for a group of friends or family.

The style of the property was awesome. Very clean, neat, and very well taken care of The parking for each apt. If someone was parked directly behind you, it made it very difficult to get out of the parking spot. (Very understandable considering the space, if I was in a bigger vehicle)

Everything was just so convenient for us. The beach was just a walk or short drive away. There are many restaurants near by and even an arcade for the kids. The house was very spacious and it was great that there was a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys already there was us to be able to use. The beds were very comfortable. It was an overall cozy home. The main road has a lot of traffic which is unavoidable. It can take 10+ minutes to go a few miles. Also it can take a long time to get to the closest major grocery store due to the traffic. Just something to consider when planning to stay here.
