Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My partner and I took our kids for 4 days and we had a wonderful time. Within walking distance of the beach and nice open space inside once we would return.

This property was great for our group of 3. Plenty of space, clean bathrooms upon arrival, has all your basic kitchen needs! Everything was just so convenient for us. The beach was just a walk or short drive away. There are many restaurants near by and even an arcade for the kids. The house was very spacious and it was great that there was a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys already there was us to be able to use. The beds were very comfortable. It was an overall cozy home. The main road has a lot of traffic which is unavoidable. It can take 10+ minutes to go a few miles. Also it can take a long time to get to the closest major grocery store due to the traffic. Just something to consider when planning to stay here.- Reviewed On: 8/6/2021

This place was great! The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and a grill if you want to eat in. The property was beautiful. Great location, very close to the beach. There were a couple maintenance issues but the property manager was fast to respond and to resolve the issues. We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Walk having the beach so close with 3 small children made our stay that much better.
