The Gulf Place Residences condo complex is a brand low-rise condominium complex on 30A. Located under 200 yards from the public beach access at Gulf Place, this complex features 3 deeded beach access points, 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a hot tub, shuffleboard, and a grilling area. This area of 30A also features many restaurants, shops, cafes, and places of interest including a large outdoor amphitheater.

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces, and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music, and a laid-back atmosphere.

This condo is less than 2 miles from Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.  It's also a 20-minute Drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall or 15 minutes to Grand Blvd's many shopping and dining options, including a Grand movie theater.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

It was good. Hot tub wasn't working---well, technically working but not a hot tub. More like luke warm. However, we will definitely comes back. Love the location.

Great Condo!

We had a great experience! Management was very responsive to any needs we had. Condo was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. Comfy beds too! Easy and short walk to the beach(less than 4-5 mins)! No complaints!

Wow, what an amazing stay! The hosts were extremely responsive, helpful and friendly! The condo was spotless, kitchen was well stocked, it had everything we needed! The furniture and beds were clean and comfy; we loved the unit’s bikes and sand toys; pack n play provided; the condo was toddler friendly and we utilized the balcony so much.
